Ich würde hier wieder wohnen. Besonders hat mir die Lage gefallen. Man kann zu Fuss sehr viel erreichen. Und das King-Size Bett war super. Die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut.

This was our 2nd stay at this location and once again, it worked out perfect for our needs. Can walk to the beach, has a screened porch where we store all the sandy gear and toys, and very comfortable.

Everything you need for the beach and short walks to the beach, great restaurants. Awesome location and Al was great to deal with.

We had a great time. Just was t able to cook because of bugs coming out with the weather change. Bed was super comfortable and AC was lovely! Karima was VERY responsive but we misplaced some jackets in her closet and wasn’t able to get them back. Thank you for your hospitality otherwise!!

The host was very responsive and accommodating. He definitely aimed to please. The condo was updated, beautifully kept, and contained many well-thought-out extras. Although it was a beautifully kept building, the neighborhood did not feel very safe. The balcony view was amazing though!

Just as described and has everything you need for a great getaway.

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Sharaya’s condo. The unit is exactly as described and is in an amazing location, with just a short walk to the beach or a strip of restaurants. You’re also close enough to downtown West Palm to head there for an evening if you choose to do so. Sharaya also provided tons of recommendations for things to do, restaurants, and other activities. She was extremely responsive my entire stay. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing beach getaway!

Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

We were here for a wedding weekend! This was an excellent location. Just across the street from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. The house was spacious! Great kitchen, baths and pool! We really loved our stay! Pictures are exactly as shown!

Bianca was a great host - proactive, always responsive, and just an all around delight to communicate with. The house was newly renovated with beautiful and tasteful finishes, accessories, and art. Backyard and pool were great, and the neighborhood was very nice. Specifically, the pool has a nice bench seat which made it great for hanging out in. Inside the house was clean and had everything you need. Garage was a nice feature and helped with loading and unloading the car. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place! Just like the photos. Wonderful street located 5 min from the beach walking. The backyard was very private and the pool was amazing. Our family will be back next year for sure!

Just wow!! Is about all I can say about this place. The house was remodeled and it was so tastefully done. The private beach access is amazing. If you make a left on the beach and walk down towards the inlet there is a private cove with calm water where people back their boats up to that the kids loved. We fished, snorkeled and caught crabs there. The back yard oasis they have created here is beautiful. The kids had so much fun in the pool, playing mini golf and all the other provided games. It was tough to get the kids to leave the property because they were having so much fun in the yard. You can’t beat the tiki hut for taking a break from the FL sun to relax under. Less than a 1/2 hour car ride to Boca, Fort Lauderdale, and Delray which are all worth the trip. As for the host, we had a few special requests and they were very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this space to anyone, especially families with kids. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to come back!

Frances was lovely to work with. She provided fantastic recommendations. We enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach Shores, FL. The home was very clean and organized. It was also stylish. It was only a 7 min walk to the beach. The Riviera Beach Area was nice with restaurants and shops, volleyball court and tennis courts. We are looking forward to staying again (hopefully next year!). LIVED our stay here. What a great location! The beach access pass was perfection and makes it so easy to get chairs and an umbrella and food service right on the beach. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was absolutely beautiful with amazing ocean views. We would stay at any of Ignacio’s properties. He waa extremely helpful through the whole process .

Chris really put a lot of time and effort into this house. The attention to detail is amazing. I felt like we were staying in a four star resort. Everything works! Even the knives in the kitchen were extremely sharp. The pool is outstanding and beautiful with a lot of thoughtful details that just make it easier to be out there for the whole day like shade, beautiful, TV’s, seating areas in different locations with thoughtful and high-quality furnishings. There were plenty of great pool toys for the kids and they spent a whole day just hanging out at the house playing in the pool. The barbecue grill even had an extra propane tank in case we ran out of fuel. The kitchen was well appointed for two parents having four kids to be able to cook breakfast and lunch at the house. They saved us a ton of money and we just went out for a nice dinner in the evening. There are so many great restaurants in this area that are just a few blocks away. The beach was incredible. Very private.

The accommodations are simple but very functional. Everything is in great shape and well thought out for staying at a beach house. North was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. He truly goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. We hope to come back!
