16th Century Blacksmiths cottage

This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest.
