Within walking distance to a pub and a well stocked Farm Shop. Easy access to the Hayling Billy track, a great shoreline walk/cycle. South Downs - a short journey away with fantastic walks and views. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. There is plenty of parking on site and is a 5 minute walk to the sea. There is a local farm shop within walking distance with lots of locally sourced products. The Billy Trail with the oyster beds are a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The main sea front at Hayling Island is a 7 minute drive and provides beautiful beaches both sandy and stones and offers traditional entertainment with crazy golf, slot machines and various rides.

With 7 sleeping spaces, we welcome larger families, or contractors. Within easy reach of the seafront, and less then a minute walk of one of the best fish and chips shops in all of Portsmouth. Eastney shoreline is close by for activities such as kayaking, as is Milton common for walking. And of course there is Gunwharf for those looking to shop or entertain. There is free on street parking. Please read the house rules before booking as security deposits are required.
