Welcome to Rosemoor Lodge. Our property is located on the edge of Bodmin Moor, in the beautiful village of Altarnun, at the heart of Cornwall and all the major tourist attractions within the county and are easily accessible as are those within Devon, should you wish to cross the border! The lodge was designed to have as little impact on the environment as possible, with low energy lighting, heating and hot water 24 hours a day, provided by Ground Source heat pumps and solar top up on the roof.

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. In the beautiful town of Launceston. “GATEWAY TO CORNWALL” Our property is positioned within a 10 minute level walk to the town centre. Which boasts stunning scenery and architecture; including the English Heritage Launceston Castle - showing stunning views of our town. Our property is only 5 minutes from the main A30 .

Relaxing 19th Century three bedroomed cottage

Take it easy at this unique and restful cottage. Away from the crowds but ideally situated and within easy reach of beaches and moorland. Plenty of opportunities for retail therapy and sightseeing. The Eliot Cottage was built around 1805 and is situated right next door to the famous Eliot Arms, reputed to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall but also full of history, good food and pleasant company. Tregadillet is three miles west of Launceston and a very quiet and peaceful village.

Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. We are lucky to have achieved our dream of living in Cornwall with our animals and want to share the experience with others who would love to escape to this life. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Bunker near Launceston

The Bunker is an attached, self contained centrally heated annexe, (the main house is called Fairways). Whether you plan on spending your time playing golf or visiting beautiful gardens, beaches - the north coast is 30 minutes drive away, Dartmoor or the countryside all is accessible from the A30, just one mile away from us. We have generous parking and a large patio, which overlooks the garden. We are conveniently situated just one mile from Tesco, M & S and Lidl

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age

Self contained converted barn adjacent to owner’s cottage, with views over Dartmoor. Property comprises, double bedroom, shower room and living room with with small kitchenette and dining area. Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction.
