Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. The layout is a open plan sitting room & kitchen, shower room & bedroom which has a kingsize bed (can be split to twin). We are located just off the A395, 8 miles to Launceston & 8 miles to Camelford, 4miles Davidstow. Perfect to explore Cornwall

The newly renovated Cider Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon & Cornwall.

Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. The Dairy, near Launceston

Our accommodation is a beautifully converted dairy. Its half way between the north and south coasts of Cornwall and also within easy reach of both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor. The whole place has underfloor heating and is all on one level, with its own garden. Our farm is tucked away in a small hamlet, with lots of lovely walks to be had both on and around it. There is also an excellent pub within walking distance. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs.

The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space.
