Boven in Nederland, vlak bij de Waddenkust vindt u dit duurzame en energieneutrale tiny house. Het huisje staat achter op ons terrein en is omringd door een natuurlijke tuin. Het heeft een weids uitzicht en biedt veel privacy. Het tiny house is met liefde en tot in detail ingericht. Het is volledig van hout en heeft een oppervlakte van 30m². Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, alles wat u nodig heeft is aanwezig. Geniet van het landschap en van de luchten, van de rust en van de ruimte!

This colorful & chic 80 m² apartment is filled with vintage treasures, high ceilings, original details, a large kitchen island, and beautiful stained glass doors. You’ll be staying in a charming historic townhouse in the lively Schildersbuurt neighborhood, just a short walk from Groningen’s city center, great restaurants, and the Noorderplantsoen park right around the corner.

Kom tot rust in ons huisje aan de kust. Gebruik al uw zintuigen bij de ontdekking van 'onze' Waddenzee, Unesco werelderfgoed . U kunt hier heerlijk wandelen, fietsen en vogels spotten. Voor dagtrips bent u binnen een uur in Leeuwarden, Groningen of op Schiermonnikoog of Ameland. Bent u al eens in het mooie Dokkum geweest? Dat ligt op slechts 12 km afstand. Wij hebben het huisje zo comfortabel mogelijk gemaakt, inclusief koffie- en theefaciliteiten. Mist u toch iets? Zeg het ons!

Atmospheric island house from 1724. At the edge of the village, near the center. Equipped with modern comfort; TV, wifi, espresso machine, oven / microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer, c.v. and wood burning stove. Bathroom with sink, shower and separate toilet. Terrace in front of the house on the south side. Bedroom on the ground floor, two separate beds (90x200 cm). Upstairs bedroom, with open connection to the stairs: two separate beds (90x200 cm).

De Wandelschuur

De Wandelschuur ligt aan de rand van het bos, op loopafstand naar de Waddenzee en het Lauwersmeer. Met smaak en kleur ingericht, bovendien zijn er geen huizen en gebouwen te zien als je door de hoge glazen pui met openslaande deuren naar buiten kijkt. De Wandelschuur is een houten huisje op een woonerf. Je slaapt op de romantische vide in een ruim tweepersoonsbed. Een fijne uitvalsbasis voor Wadlopen, een dag Schiermonnikoog, wandelen, rondje Lauwersmeer fietsen, vis eten etc :)

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

Dit prachtige huisje is van alles voorzien zodat je optimaal kunt genieten van alles wat het prachtige Groningen je te bieden heeft! Na onze oprit van ongeveer 800m ben je verzekerd van frisse lucht. Het Tiny House is één van de twee Tiny Houses op ons terrein aan het einde van een doodlopende weggetje. Wees welkom!

This fully furnished, second floor apartment is located in a cozy neighborhood adjacent to Groningen's Noorderplantoen, a desirable green area characterized by early 20th century architecture and brick roads. You have the entire floor to yourself, this includes a Livingroom, a bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom and kitchen.

Comfortabel tuinhuis, rustig gelegen in onze groene wilde tuin. Veel privacy. Een fijne plek om te genieten van de rust, de ruimte en de natuur. Het Waddenland heeft veel te bieden, en je bent in een kwartier bij de boot naar Schiermonnikoog. Ook de stad Groningen zelf is binnen een half uur bereikbaar.
