Our stay was fabulous! We walked in to a restful space with every amenity we needed. David graciously offered an early arrival, and while we didn’t need it, it was so nice to be offered. He also didn’t ask for a pet fee! This was a first! I appreciated it so much and it made us want to clean even more. The house is beautiful, and so is the neighborhood. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and were proactive. It was a great stay!

Our recent stay at Marisa’s Art-Filled Retreat was wonderful. Marisa’s communication with us was timely and so helpful. The Lenexa location was convenient to Black Dog Coffeehouse and Ibis Bakery - our favorite go-to breakfast and coffee place in KC! It was a quiet home with a relaxing living room and outdoor spaces. The beds were comfortable with upscale sheets. There is a pleasant basement family room with a downstairs bathroom with shower. We noted that there was a fun basket of sports equipment. The home was well equipped for families with children. We even made use of the well-stocked kitchen to prepare Cajun chicken sliders for a baby shower :) We will definitely try to stay with Marisa again when we return to KC!

When I checked in, Kathy greeted me to introduce herself and welcome me which was nice. The selection of coffee was nice and the side patio was nice to relax on. I used the hot tub once, and it was clean and hot. The place was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to sleep like I was dead, and the couch was very comfortable for when I wasn’t sleeping. I like how the tv was adjustable for bed couch or in between viewing. It’s a great staycation place to just relax for me since I live close by.

Really delightful location (neighborhood full of trees, quiet, well-spaces) and a really charming, clean, comfortable inside (very soft sheets, remodeled kitchen, great living room) - exactly what we needed for close to the hustle and bustle but super-peaceful - and a gorgeous backyard for family relaxation!

Was a perfect landing place for extended family coming to town for an event. Comfortable and as described. Host was very proactive, friendly, and communicative. Nice neighborhood. Be prepared for a lot of stairs if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It worked fine for us. It was a nice stay.

The place was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use them to their fullest extent. Beautiful landscaping outdoors and plenty of space for our family. Autumn was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect space to relax and rest! Loved the attention details such as the slippers (which you can keep) the spa amenities like the eye gels, face masks and more! Highly recommend this spot for hosting bridal showers or girls night out to enjoy get friends and family! Lots of sleeping options as well! Thank you again for a restful stay!
