While it looks old and traditional, it is equipped with all the modern amenities one could ever want. Nestled atop a hillside and overlooking the Irish sea and Carlingford Lough, this is a haven for family , or individuals who want to get away from “ the madding crowd “ and live as one with nature. With breathtaking and uninterrupted views over the sea towards the Mourne Mountains , Ros Cottage is a one off and has to be seen to be believed. This family home is within two miles of the medieval village of Carlingford and the home of some of the finest restaurants and bars on the North East coast. Enjoy the excellent quality food and service with the famous locally grown Carlingford oysters washed down with locally brewed beers. Take the local fifteen minute ferry ride and you will arrive at the Royal County Down golf club. Should you prefer things to be a little less hectic , take one of the many hiking trails just outside your back door, or retire to the sun room to read and relax. Alternatively , just meander through the beautifully matured Ros Cottage garden all lovingly planted by the owner. This is a very unique and beautiful home with an abundance of character. It is extremely well appointed with full open plan kitchen, dining room, sun room , utility room and three bedrooms. Cosy Beachfront chalet/studio (20 mt. from beach) on the South East coast of Ireland, fully self contained with well equipped kitchen, shower & w.c. I now have a stove in so it's very cosy for winter stays, I will supply enough fuel to get you going but you will need to buy your own fuel from the local shop!You have uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, it is a very tranquil setting.Ideally suited for a couple or 2 adults ,if they don't mind sharing a double bed! Lovely relaxing environment, Ample free car parking space.Local shops/pub within 15 mins walking. Close by amenities include Leisure Centre with swimming pool etc. Large town,Gorey, 10 mins drive away with lots of nice places to eat ... Bed linen + towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. I live above the property if there is a problem or you need anything , but otherwise you will have total privacy ! Safe beach for swimming, One clean, house trained dog is welcome ,but please inform me if you are bringing your dog :)

This cabin is located on our property and is perfect for couples and families, surrounded by 14 beaches , choice in restaurants. It is nestled between Fethard on sea and Duncannon . There is numerous attractions including the Hook lighthouse, Dunbrody Famine ship and Tintern Abbey and watersports including Kayaking, Coasteering. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beach at St Helens bay golf course. Friendly dog , cats, chickens on site. Outside seating. As Lainey's place is a family home. On occasions, grandchildren are on site visiting, so be prepared for some squeals of laughter and joyous sounds.

The Cosy Cow house is located in a court yard and is part of Moonavaud Holiday Village . There are two other holiday properties in the court yard which include the stables and the Farm Lodge. All have been recently renovated. The farm itself is a working beef farm. The property is close to Dungarvan and Waterford and situated on the the coast. It is Only 2km from the Mo Waterford green way. A 2 minute walk to award winning Stradbally village. Strictly a no smoking policy
