The Genis family has farmed this land for over 150 years and has now added game to their beautiful farm. Come and enjoy the peace and tranquility that the hills and mountains provide, take a drive on our 4×4 route or come hike some of the many routes. Stay for a while or pop in for a visit on your way to Namibia.

Our biggest lodge tent is named Skilpad and you rent the whole self catering unit, hosting up to 4 people. We provide gate details so that you can come and go as you please, but we will always be available to assist with all your needs.

Cara Family Home

Ideal for 6 guests, the spacious unit comprises 4 bedrooms that share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds the other rooms have a single bed each.

Frances Unit

Apartment-style unit with an open-plan kitchenette and living room area (with additional sleeper couch). Separate (Queen-size bed) bedroom with spacious en-suite shower only. Private patio with outdoor braai/barbecue and secure undercover parking.

Isabella Unit

Wheelchair-friendly unit with an open-plan kitchenette and a 2-sleeper bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a comfortable King-size bed (on request) whilst the living room area has a convertible double-bed sleeper couch.

Self Catering Cottage

The Koring Stoor Self Catering unit has two rooms with en suit showers. A spacious living/dining area contains a fifth bed in the study area and a daybed for a extra person. The unit can sleep six adults.

Rustic Farm Getaway.

We are situated close to the Namibia border and close to Springbok. The rustic farm with the old farmhouse is about 2.5 km from kamieskroon and 15 minutes from the National Namakwaland Park.
