We had a great time at the apartment. It is placed on the ground floor, which was great for my husband to not climb stairs with the tons of luggage we had. We were with a 4 years old toddler and 5 months baby. Our daughter loved the double floor bed and of course she slept on the upper one. The kitchen was fully equipped which helped us as we had to cook some of the days. The location is great as is 1 minute away from the sea shore where you can take a wall or have a dinner in one of the great restaurants around. Our communication with the host was one of the fastest and best so far we have experienced in the platform, he was responding within minutes. We would like to recommend the place to everyone who wants to visit Epanomi. I forgot one more thing, as originally we had to travel a at the beginning of Septembee but our baby got sick, the host give us the chance to change the dates for any other that would be convenient for us which was great from his side.😊

It was a all around really pleasant experience! The host was very quick to respond and they even provided greek specialities! The place was really close to the beach, about 5min by foot. You can find a lot of restaurants at the seaside. The kitchen was well equiped and very clean. Overall I would full-heartedly recommend this place for your stay in Neoi Epivates!

We had a very warm welcome from the host and she is super helpfull with every need. The place is very centraly located so you have all you need at walking distance. The best thing about the apartment is that it's only a few meters from the sea, so at night it's super relaxing to fall asleep listening to the waves.

Το σπιτι ήταν ότι έπρεπε για να σαι κοντά στη θάλασσα και στο χωριό για να εξυπηρετείσαι. Το σπίτι είναι όμορφο, καθαρό, εχει ωραια αυλή, ησυχια και δεν σκέφτεσαι ότι ενοχλείς αν είστε πολλα ατομα.Ο οικοδεσπότης ανά πάσα στογμη ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία. Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός, οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικοί! Το σημείο που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι πολύ βολικό. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Am avut parte de o experiență minunată la această cazare! Totul a fost mult peste așteptări: am găsit tot ce ne trebuia, de la fier și masă de călcat, bețișoare de urechi, hârtie igienică și de bucătărie, până la espressor de cafea, prosoape mici și mari, geluri de duș și șampon. Cazarea arată mult mai bine decât în poze și este excelent amplasată, aproape de plaje private și de faleza cu magazine. Camerele sunt luminoase, spațioase, curate și aerisite, cu aer condiționat perfect funcțional. Televizoarele au YouTube și Netflix, iar frigiderul și vesela erau impecabile. Recomand cu drag!

We had a lovely stay at Ioannis’ apartment, it was very clean and as described in the listing. He was so helpful and very responsive to messages, he sent through some great recommendations and travel tips. The view was stunning and having the beach just a few metres away is so lovely! Ilias ist ein freundlucher Gastgeber und die Kommunikation war schnell und unproblematisch. Eine tolle Wohnung für eine Familie mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Sie ist geräumig, hell und nur ein paar Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt. Ein großes Plus ist das sehr große Bad. Die große Klimaanlage im Wohnessbereich reicht für alle Zimmer. Minimarkt, Bäcker, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

κανονικά θα έπρεπε να πω δεν μου άρεσε τίποτα για να βρω περισσότερες μέρες ελεύθερες του χρόνου. αλλά θα πω την αλήθεια λιτά κι απέριττα. ιδιαίτερο σπίτι και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο.... πολύ επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης και όλο το μεράκι που ήταν ζωγραφισμένο σε κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού σε κάνανε να μην θες να φύγεις ποτέ.... ένα σπίτι μικρό αλλά με πολλούς χαρακτήρες!!! από τη μια νησιώτικο στυλ και από την άλλη μια ρομαντική εξοχή.... αρκετά ωραίος φωτισμός και αρκετά Δροσερό.... ευχαριστούμε κύριε Τάσο... πρόταση για βελτίωση: να μπουν πορτουλες στα κάγκελα πριν τις σκάλες για να είναι πιο φιλόξενο σε παιδιά μέχρι τεσσάρων ετών που δεν περπατούν καλά!!

Είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι, πολύ ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες, το σπίτι ταίριαζε απόλυτα με τις φωτογραφίες, ήταν καθαρό και ζεστό, θα το επέλεγα ξανά για διαμονή στην περιοχή.

The house is very close to the beach and to the main road passing through Agiokampos. The second floor has a nice big balcony with a view to the sea. The house interior is a bit outdated and some of the rooms need better lighting but still it is equipped well enough and has all you need for a nice family holiday. The most important part is the courtyard - it is huge and well maintained and suggests spending most of your time on the outside. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and to run around and there are several well-arranged cosy seating areas suitable for dining, having coffee or just spending your time on the outside. The place leaves the impression for a caring and industrious host. Excellent attitude and case on the part of the host!

Lovely place with a nice garden by Olympus mountain. Very good location for excursions, hiking etc. The village is traditional , ideal for calm holidays. Christos has been very friendly and helpful, we are thankful to have spent our Easter holidays in this accommodation. Thank you !

Host gentile e simpatica, zona molto tranquilla.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

The apartment is located in an amazing spot, one minute walk from the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Kiki is extremely nice and responsive! We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Great place in the center of Kallikratia. The parking spot is a big plus and also the fact that is one of the few places that accept bigger dogs like our golden retriever makes it a rare find. We would be back here for sure.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks and really enjoyed it. The location of the apartment is excellent, especially for those who love spending time by the sea. The balcony offers a great view. The apartment has air conditioning, which is crucial during the summer. There is plenty of parking around the building, and we never had to search for a spot. A car is necessary for this area because the nearest supermarket is a few kilometers away, although it is also accessible by bus. The value for money is outstanding. Pavlos is very friendly, always responds quickly to any questions, and is always ready to help.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καλό και ο Νίκος ένας άψογος οικοδεσπότης. Η περιοχή ήσυχη, αλλά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της μικρής πόλης όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια και μπαράκια. Το σούπερ μάρκετ σε απόσταση αναπνοής, γενικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!

This is a nice apartment, situated in a nice, peaceful location. Has all you need for a short or long stay. We came by the ferry boat which stops just about 3 minutes walking distance to the apartment. Lots of good restaurants, some offer free sunbed and umbrella free of charge as long as you order something to eat. Nothing expensive.
