We had a group of ladies from around the state, everyone said they would absolutely come back to the property again! We arrived and it was incredibly clean, smelled amazing and was setup for our bachelorette perfectly! Laura was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were perfect and so relaxing. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms extremely clean and everything you could ever need in the home.. bug spray, beach towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances (toaster, many coffee choices, etc). We hope to be back for another weekend at Laura’s rental!

It was non stop rain and storms and we were concerned about the amount of water around the property. So we contacted the host who promptly offer a refund but also explained the normal amount of water influx from the surrounding farm lands. It put us at ease and started and enjoyed our time at this cute little cottage:)

This home was so beautiful, clean and clearly well taken care of. The wrap around porch is so beautiful. I loved it. The kitchen is huge and so amazing. They have a whole list of amazing recommendations inside a booklet, they also have lists of their other properties I believe. Which is good to know! Definitely would recommend this place

We absolutely loved the place! Quiet neighborhood, walkable restaurants and bars, private backyard, and close to a beautiful lake. The home was clean and we'll organized, as well as well stocked. We plan to come again next year!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. House was comfortably sized for our group of 11. Everything was as described. Very quiet, safe area. Feedback was very quick, if a question arose. House directions were sent out ahead of arrival and very easily understood. Would definitely stay here again.

We were at the house mainly to sleep and for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable! Shower in the master bath was small and a little tight. The shared bathroom has a larger shower. Kitchen was supplied with minimal equipment for cooking and would not be enough if you wanted to bake. The house is very spacious and easy to find. It worked well for what we needed!

Great house !!! Close to lake and restaurant! Lots of games . Backyard and hot tub are amazing . We loved our stay and treated with a bottle of wine! Amazing host !

Loved this place!! It was a perfect location, it was gorgeous inside, and it had everything you needed and more! The host Jessica was so sweet and so nice to work with! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay downtown Johnstown. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The loft apartment was very neatly decorated, super clean and the host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely place and such a warm welcome! I had work to do while I was staying with Jennifer. She provided beautiful eggs from their chickens and other food. It was an easy place to set up 'shop' and a relaxing place to be between visits with my daughter at the University. Very convenient to Denison U.

This was the perfect spot to recharge. It was immaculately clean and had everything needed for a restful, peaceful retreat. Being able to walk into town with several restaurant and shop options was a bonus! I loved everything about this and hope to book again! Michelle was a fantastic and attentive host. She responded very quickly and check in/out was a breeze.
