Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and BBQ area at own risk. Leichhardt, on the flight path, offers a wonderful experience with restaurants, bars and cafes a 10 min walk to the vibrant Norton St.

A perfect location to launch your Sydney visit in a secluded, leafy corner of Balmain. Catch the ferry from Balmain East to take in the spectacular views of the Bridge, Opera House and Circular Quay. Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
