The cottage is a bright, spacious, stone faced building. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials you will need inc. washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. The bathroom is spacious with an electric shower. The living area includes a TV and DVD player. There are 2 bedrooms one consisting of a double bed the other has 3 single beds. The property has ample parking. The cottage is not wheelchair accessible

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

Cosy country cottage for a peaceful and relaxing stay, situated one mile from Askeaton town in the country side Ideal base for touring Limerick ,Kerry ,Cork,Galway,Tipperary and Clare regions . Cottage is 15 minutes drive to Adare, 20 minutes drive to Limerick city. Shannon airport is 40 minutes drive away . The cottage will have an extra bedroom available for the Ryder Cup 2027 . Cottage at that time will accommodate 6 people . Minimum booking at that time will be for 7 days.
