Robert was a welcoming host with home made biscuits and slices for us when we arrived. The house is large and well maintained and it has a good vibe. It was a pleasure to stay there and we’re very happy that we did. All in all, an excellent house to accommodate five people in comfort.

Debbie and Leighton's villa was simply incredible! The villa was a stones throw away from the main street of Robe, meaning everything was accessible by foot. We were able to taste local wines, enjoy the restaurants and see all the tourist/historical sites of Robe by walking. The home was spacious, absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a little stay. An added bonus was access to the garage, as we were able to store our bikes, fishing rods and other things in there! We couldn't recommend this villa more highly, it was perfect! The location was definitely the highlight, there is nothing better than grabbing a morning coffee and walking down to the beach all within 200m of your accommodation. The villa has local brochures (food, wine, sites), simple guest information and everything else you need for your stay! We will be back for sure! A yearly trip here is definitely on the cards! Thank you so much for an amazing little getaway!

Lovely place to stay, close to the town centre and everything else with the lake over road. The fresh bread when we arrived was a huge hit with everyone and the boys loved making fresh bread everyday. I think a bread maker is on the wish list now!

Well located in the middle of town (which was quiet so this was fine). We struggled to find a suitable accommodation in Penola or Coonawarra, so this is probably one of the best available. We had no hot water initially but this was resolved very quickly by Karly. We just took the Merlot side, with the mezzanine bedroom, which was HUGE and far bigger than our needs, but clean and spacious. The aircon/heating was a bit tricky to work out.

Warm and cozy, neat and tidy. Great communication with Frank. A great place to stay for 2 people for the weekend. Highly recommend! :)

We had such a fabulous stay at The Shelter B&B in Robe! Annie was a great host, the house was cozy, home-like, clean and a quick easy walk to the main street of Robe. We visited for Easter, which finds Robe bustling with people, but we didn’t hear a thing, other than the birds, it was so peaceful! We will be staying again for sure! Thanks Annie!

Frank is an amazing host , the cottage was easy to find and conveniently located near the famous the barn steakhouse and the city of mount Gambier. 10/10 would recommend it!

Lovely little cottage with a proper rustic feel. It was as clean as it could be. Checkin instructions were perfectly fine for us. Our (lovely) neighbour checking in to the nearby cabin however had trouble in the dark and ended up knocking on our door for a midnight chat leading to a surprisingly wonderful interaction between strangers in a strange place in a late hour of the night. T&J you made our stay entirely memorable. Haha.. Thanks Denise for a comfortable stay, we picked a good temperature day/night to stay.

Ivy's cottage is in a very unique location, tucked away behind a flora and fauna reserve. We enjoyed strolling around the property, visiting the cows, chickens and ducks and saw heaps of kangaroos. We also liked the cosiness of an open fire one night. It felt like a real farm stay experience. The home-cooked bread, biscuits and jam were a treat.

We had such a peaceful time at ‘No Vew’, The whole property has such a relaxed vibe. We have a big family and the property fit everyone comfortably. Such a great space. Zoe was really responsive and shared links of things to do locally. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks for having us.

This was a great place for families or a few couples. The backyard was awesome for all the kids to play and would be great for dogs too. We could walk into town and big kids would be fine. Little kids would find it easier to scooter or ride into town.

Lovely shack in beautiful bushland. Great place to immerse in nature for short stays in total seclusion away from the stress of city life. New bathroom and bedroom make it a comfortable stay. Kitchen and living have all the basic amenities.

Great place to stay with Pets. Enclosed backyard. We had a wonderful stay at Robe, being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. House was very comfortable and cozy.

We had a great stay — the place was exactly as described. We had 8 of us in town for a fishing charter, and the house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, homely, and communication was easy throughout. The games room was definitely a highlight and provided plenty of entertainment. Would happily stay again!

Great place to stay. Enjoyed walking to the beach in front every day and a lovely 40 minute walk along the path or 5 minute drive into Robe Main Street. Home very well set up with kitchen supplies.

Longmeadow is simply stunning. The perfect location, the accomodation gives such a homey feeling and is elegant and welcoming. The gardens and beach within walking distance is incredible. Such wonderful hosts, and cannot wait to return again one day!

This was a great place for our Easter getaway with the family. Anna was helpful and responsive and the home had everything we needed and was great value for our stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

David’s Nelson getaway, Tawarri, was absolute serenity. The ambience of the house was incredible—peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully set up. We didn’t need to bring a thing; everything we could have needed was provided. The property is literally a stone’s throw from the picturesque Glenelg River, making it a perfect base for nature lovers. If the weather’s good, there are endless walks in the national park, plenty of fishing opportunities, or you can simply light the fire and relax with a good book on the couch. David was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved staying at Kerry’s place. The cutlery and crockery were good quality, which is rare to find in an AirBnB. Bedroom and showers were excellent and modern, water pressure and temperature was good. The living areas were very comfortable. One thing that is not obvious at first glance, but is a huge win in any AirBnB is 2 bed 2 bath! Being two couples on a road trip, having two bathrooms was definitely a huge plus. Kerry was also very responsive, giving us local information such as tennis court availability. Location wise, is it central but also not in a busy area. It was mere minutes to the sport centre, restaurants and other main attractions around town. Also very close to good coffee!

Bec’s property is set amongst the vineyards in the Coonawarra wine region. Beautiful setting and great location for explorations. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Appreciated the bacon, eggs and bread awaiting us…plus a nice bottle of wine. It got unseasonably warm while we were there and welcomed the air conditioning in the main area and the fans in the bedrooms.
