There is a stocked coffee bar to enjoy during cool mornings and evenings. The cabin is located off of Sudderth, and approximately 1-2 miles from downtown. It is very close to local restaurants, cafes and shopping. The studio cabin sits behind the owners house, there is a separate gate entrance.

It is a beautiful, peaceful home at 7500' elevation. 3 smart TV's (Roku) with hi speed internet for your streaming accounts; local news via antenna. Our comfortable, cozy little cabin is on 1.5 acres, nestled above the Village of Ruidoso. We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
