Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Short 20 minute scenic drive to Yankton with shopping, movie theatre, fish hatchery, parks and water park opening 2021. Boat/Jet Ski rental information available. Beautiful sunsets. WIFI and Satellite TV available.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

The Copper Lodge

River front property with plenty of parking! The copper lodge is located at 41059 main rd Springfield, SD 57062. The lodge consists of 900 sq ft living quarters with 1 King and 6- twin xl beds. A concrete patio for grilling and entertaining. There is a fire pit that guests are able to use. If you enjoy fishing, hunting, and boating, then you would be coming to the right place. The public boat dock is nearby.
