Bicycles available- wonderful park /river path nearby. Cottage not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. This is dry camping on 8 private acres on a family retreat area. From 8 am to 9 pm, campers have use of the heated barn common area with a full kitchen and shower. You have your choice of 2 RV Sites or multiple tent sites. BRING YOUR OWN RV OR TENT. Freshwater and 20 amp electricity available. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the coop. We have 1000+ young Christmas trees. Picnic tables & group fire pit with firewood provided. Indoor and outdoor games. Kayaks, paddles, & Jackets for rent.

Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

We offer a private bunkhouse room with a queen bed, two guests per room. If you are in need of additional rooms please inquire for pricing we are happy to offer the 2nd room if needed. In the rooms you will enjoy Air, TV, mini frig & coffeemakers. The bathhouse is shared just steps from rooms. Also on property is an inground pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and outdoor movies upon request. WIFI limited to pool area. Our 4 + acre property is our pride and joy and one that everyone enjoys.

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers.
