This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x 200 cm) and one bedroom with daybed which can either be used as a single bed or converted into double bed (160x 200 cm). It has 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, as well as a wonderful dining room and living room. The apartment has 1 terrace, with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful meal, have a delicious breakfast or a drink. The apartment is all yours. Services included: Cotton sheets, duvets and towels. In case of a stay more than 7 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels can be arranged. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request. You can arrive any time from 11am to drop off your luggage and have the keys, or earlier if the previous guests leave early. Should the apartment be ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to welcome you and give you the keys. However, if that’s not the case, the check in would be around 3pm. As a general rule, on your last day you must leave the house for cleaning at 11am, but if the following guests arrive later you can keep your luggage in the apartment until later. If necessary, I can take care of your luggage until your departure time. However, should there be no guests arriving that day, a late check out might be possible upon request. So please let me know the best time for your check-in & check-out. Security Deposit: 200 Euros security deposit will be held by Airbnb and charged only if reservation damages are found at the apartment. Do Not make noise or parties. Please respect the neighbors. Take a breather on one of two balconies leading off from the spacious living room of this charming and luminous apartment. The interior’s bright aspect is endowed with extra space from the high ceilings with stylish decor flourishes adding splashes of color. Have a cosy and relaxing break in one of the several lounge corners of this comfortable apartment. And prepare some delicious meals to provide you energy for visiting Lisbon in the well-equipped kitchen. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. With well over 110 m2 this three-bedroom renovated apartment easily hosts 6 adults or a family (a baby cot, high chair, baby tub, changing pillow, bibs and a variety of toys are available). The living room gives access to two balconies. There's a third balcony in the master bedroom. All rooms, including the bathroom, have natural light. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a single bed which extends into a double bed. A sofa bed in the lounge can be turned into a third double bed (by closing the doors and the black-out curtains the lounge can be turned into a third bedroom). The fully equipped kitchen is pleasant for long breakfasts or cosy cooking sessions. It has a gas stove and oven, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and other basic appliances. You'll have the place entirely to yourself throughout the whole stay. We live abroad but come regularly to our home in Lisbon. You'll see that the apartment is decorated with love, with some of our books and small objects on the shelves. We hope you will feel at home. Our contact person in Lisbon is always available and, if necessary, we are only a phone call away. The apartment is located in Bairro das Colónias (Anjos) in central Lisbon. The neighbourhood – characterised by an Art Deco influence in many of its buildings – is quiet and residential. Yet it's walking distance from various bustling tourist areas and many cosy and trendy resturants and cafes. Due to its central location you can easily stroll through the city and reach the main sites in Lisbon from this place. Metro stop ‘Anjos’ is 200 meters away. By metro you can be in 5 minutes in the old historical centre and in 30 minutes at the airport. It takes a little over 30 minutes to travel to the beach by metro and train. Transfer and transport service: We can organise transfer or transport service upon request. Check-in is done after 3PM. Early check-in (before 3PM) might be possible depending on availability. All guests have to show an identity document (passport or ID card) at the check in. This is required by Portuguese law as part of the gradual implementation of the Schengen Agreement (cf. The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). São Sebastião is an hub station for red line (direct connection to the airport) and blue line (direct connection to historic center, avenida da liberdade and santa apolonia train station). There are also three buses lines nearby (3 min walk), at Av. de Berna: 716, 726 and 756. If you want to visit Alcantara area or Rua da Junqueira (Tagus riverfront), line 756 will get you there (direction east-west). If you are traveling with a private car, there is a covered car park in front of the building, with a maximum daily rate of 12 euros.
