NOTE: winter driving will require snow tires or 4wheel drive as the house is on an incline road. Skiing, Snowboarding: - 25 minute drive to Loon Mountain - 25 minute drive to Waterville Valley (discounted lift tickets available) Cabin professionally cleaned between stays w/extra attn on high touch areas.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Coolidge Cabin

Get away from it all at Coolidge Cabin! This 2 bedroom, sun filled, cozy, and privately located log cabin is situated on 13 acres. Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.
