Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

It provides an ideal base to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire including; Howarth, the home of the Brontes, Halifax, including the Piece Hall and Shibden Hall, the home of Anne Lister and the Pennine Way.

Ideally situated for miles of country walking, 4 minutes from Todmorden, 10 minutes from Hebden Bridge, 30 minutes from Manchester City or 1 hour from Leeds. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ONLY PARKING FOR ONE CAR. Nearby street parking is available if you have more than one vehicle.

There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.

2 Saw Hill is the perfect retreat for anyone wanting to delve into the beautiful countryside of West Yorkshire. This self catering home is located around lovely walks, close to local pubs and restaurants. Although surrounded by spectacular views the train station in Sowerby Bridge is a 5 min car journey away to reach further destinations including Manchester or Leeds. The hosts live next door and are available if needed.
