An early morning coffee down Ljubljanica river, a relaxing walk to the City castle, Botanic garden or just to stroll along the Sunday antique flea market. We offer you a spacious studio in the ground floor of an old bourgeois house. The apartment offers a pleasant stay during the summer, as it is pleasantly cooled and naturally air-conditioned.

Located at the start of the historic town our newly renovated old town apartment features high ceilings and a bright open layout. The book shelf overlooks the cosy living room and its large TV screen that guards the stairs to the wonderful elevated bed. The kitchen has lots of space and all the necessities. French revolution square is right next door, as is the Ljubljanica river. The apartment is perfect for couples exploring the old town.

Central Garden Studio

Our old but really charming and bright studio with high ceilings and a unique layout, situated in an old-fashioned city building is perfect for exploring Ljubljana. We love plants so we tried to make our apartment a home for as many as possible. It is located at the edge of the central pedestrian area but still accessible by car, a 5 minute walk to the main bus/train station or the beautiful park Tivoli.
