Strong mobile signal and some wifi. Brand new lovingly re built slateworks managers cottage with character features. Enjoy watching nature on the River Seiont. Chickens and Cockerel on site. Accommodation is on 3 levels (Lower Ground, Ground and Gallery), and has a full length balcony with southerly views of the harbour, Highland Railway, Menai Straits and Caernarfon Castle. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with contemporary furniture, a wood burning stove, and large galleried bedroom above.

Cwtyn is a detached,stone built former swill house,used to prepare pig feed in the 19th century. It has been converted into a cosy self-catering cottage whilst retaining the original stone fireplace and slate hearth. It is now an open-plan space,compact and practical, with bathroom, kitchen, log burner,TV and Wi-Fi. Outdoors there is an enclosed space,slate patio,seating,fantastic views and private parking. Rural,peaceful and unique - a great base for exploring Snowdonia,Anglesey and Lleyn.
