Welcome to our cozy, light filled bungalow in downtown Llano, TX! This modern space is made special with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, a screened in patio. Enjoy our eclectic book selection, spin our hand selected records, or sit under the 500 year old oak tree. We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

(8 miles) This delightful two bedroom, two bathroom cottage is perfect for some "ahhhhh time." The cottage sleeps six and features a private backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and charcoal grill. The home is equipped with high quality memory foam mattresses and luxurious linens and towels. The cottage is located on 10 acres with one other home and one tiny home on the property.
