This Shepherd's Hut has everything, including private parking, a secure garden, a cosy log fire, a great kitchen, a power shower, super-fast WiFi, and all at an affordable price. Note: We are undertaking major construction work on the property NEXT to the Shepherd's Hut. Builders do NOT work weekends. However, noise levels may be higher during weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Set on a rural smallholding, with a few friendly farm animals overlooking the sea and in the foothills of Cader Idris. A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.

Stone Cottage Snowdonia

Idyllic stone cottage, part of an old farmstead, in a quiet location at the edge of a village. Cottage feel, log burning stove and use of private garden within 4 1/2 acres of grounds. Situated in the countryside close to the coast, with spectacular views of the local mountains. All utilities, fire wood and bedding included. Third bedroom is a quirky mezzanine perfect for teenagers due to lower than usual ceiling height and slightly steep stairs.
