There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . Myer Bridge Farm Cottage

Myer Bridge Farm Cottage is situated on the A425, one mile out of the market town of Southam. It is a detached two-bedroom cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The Cottage sits immediately adjacent to the Farm House, and is part of a small 40 acre farm. We are on an A road so there is traffic noise. (please be aware that guests book and then complain about the road) As a working farm, there is animal noise too. The cottage is NOT suitable for children.

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.
