In Falmouth for work, and this was the perfect location. The apartment was clean and tidy and you also have your own parking space!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

Wir waren 8 Nächte im wunderschönen Apartment von Sue und Steve. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer unseren Sohn beim Surfen zuschauen und dabei einen Kaffee oder Tee genießen. Die Reiseunterlagen inspirierten uns zu wunderbaren Tagestrips zu Orten, die wir bislang nicht kannten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir uns 8 Nächte wie zu Hause fühlen durften

We had a fabulous week at Goose Rock. The apartment is simply stunning with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The view out the living room, over Crantock beach, is amazing. Location is great, very peaceful with great walking and a choice of several beaches on the doorstep, and two places to eat just around the corner. I honestly couldn’t fault Valérie’s apartment, and hope to visit again later in the year.

Jon and Laura are excellent hosts. I really enjoyed the cozy studio with the stunning views. The distance to any highlights of Tintagel were walkable. Would recommend to anyone!

Charming, spacious, modernised harbour front flat with all you could wish for. Highly recommended in this delightful classic Cornish fishing port.

Beautiful home in a tranquil green area with only the sounds of nature around. Home was very nicely furnished with lovely decorative touches like plants and pictures on the walls. Host left us some delicious fudge and biccies. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great bed and hot shower and parking in the drive. Hosts are absolutely fantastic, very kind and friendly. Thanks so much for a fabulous week.

The apartment is as described and is furnished well with all you need . Kitchen is well equipped. This apartment is right on the beach with excellent amenities all around . Everything is walkable and the coast path is easy to access. Enjoyed a peaceful few days ! Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Excellent stay at this lovely home, lovely and clean with lots of room, the private back garden is a bonus when you have a dog, there is even dog balls and treats upon arrival, I did replace them as my dog chewed up the tennis ball, sorry Chris, there is also a welcome pack with bread, milk etc, our own dedicated parking spot, never saw Chris or his family whilst we were there but knew he was on hand should we have needed him, although Newquay is a noisy place once we'd closed up for the day it was so quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough, rent it you won't be disappointed. Five stars from us, thanks Chris & family. Ian, Gail & Buddy

We spent a lovely couple of days in Plymouth. Victoria's apartment was perfect for our young family, in a great location. We could walk everywhere really easily, and the parking was really easy to find and so close to the apartment. Vicky was great at helping with my questions beforehand, and the apartment itself was lovely with plenty of space and all amenities we could need ...including a stocked toy and games cupboard! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at James's flat. It was easy to find, in a fantastic location, and the space itself was quiet and very comfortable. The décor was tasteful and everything felt well looked after. There was plenty of storage, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with James was excellent—he was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, a lovely place that made for a really enjoyable visit.

Lovely apartment, felt straight at home with everything I needed. Clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. The view was outstanding (yes i sat outside shivering as the sun went down to appreciate every second) Great to have the private parking and a beautiful walk down to the harbour. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Shirley and Rob's accommodation. We booked last minute for Easter Sunday but notwithstanding it being a holiday weekend the communication was excellent and the home spotless. A great place in a super setting. I am sure we will be back.

What a lovely place to stay, we booked 5 nights on a bit of a last minute decision and we couldn’t have hoped for a better place. The location is amazing with a lovely walk down the beach path to Fistral out the back of the apartment and a short walk straight into town out the front. The views from the balcony are stunning, looking out over the whole of Fistral bay. The place is lovely, worked really well for our family of 4 and our dog, it’s cosy, clean and comfortable! This will be our first choice whenever we come back to Newquay.

We had a fantastic stay in Den’s Den, it was the perfect base for exploring the area. The flat was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful views of the sea and Porth beach- this was the best bit. The beach is just over the road, and icecream and pub just a few minutes walk. A really lovely place xx

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

This was our second stay in this appartment, the location is unbeatable for beach lovers and it is super comfortable for 5 adults.
