The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

The Bungalooe

A unique private cosy quiet pad with privacy and independence. Only 3 mins walk to the river and sea, 2 mins to a 500yr old pub 'The Jolly Sailor' and a great local shop selling excellent food etc. Looe is friendly happy and a safe place with great beaches and loads to do! I have quite allot of rescue animals on the property (dog, chickens, an avary a macaw called Babes with a slight attitude problem :) (She is in the house with me) they are mostly quiet but obviously they make some noise.

This detached stylish modern apartment is single story. A perfect base for a couple, with or without children. The perfect location for a family getaway. The apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with a double and two single beds. You can walk into Looe which is just over a mile walk or drive it in a few minutes.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
