El depto tiene wifi y smart tv (aun sin cable), lavadora, secadora y cocina, un balcon que da a un patio interior. Los fines de semana en las noches hay ruido de un club atras del edificio, el depto esta en un 3er piso pero se escucha algo de ruido. Hay poca luz natural porque la ventana da a un patio interior
