This place is amazing. It’s in a newly developed neighborhood about 5 min drive to Jaco. I stayed here for 5 weeks and I didn’t have a car Ubers were cheap and uber eats deliver to the house. The property was very private with walls and plants surrounding it. There’s beautiful trees and plants. Lots of birds around, saw scarlet macaws everyday. The host was amazing very helpful with everything. Place is very clean and felt at home. Very good option for short or long stays. Had all the amenities I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Execelente opción para descansar y vacacionar, lugar seguro y tranquilo. Súper cerca de la playa, supermecados 24/7 , tiendas y restaurantes. Casa impecable, buen aire acondicionado en sala y habitación. Ropa de coma impecable, baño impecable. La cocina cuenta con todo lo necesario, buena red de internet, las piscinas impecables. Sin dudar volvería alquilar la casa, no me quería ir jejeje me encantó mucho la estadía .... Se los recomiendo. 10/10

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

We recommend Tanya's place. We stayed for about a week. The AC in the bedroom worked great as well as the ceiling fans for keeping us cool. We have 2 dogs and being so close to the park was perfect. We enjoyed being able to easily walk to the beach or downtown from this location. Tanya was very helpful and always available if we had a question. She modified her check-in/check-out hours for us which was soooo appreciated!! Thank you again Tanya!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

I had family of 8 stay at this unit and we had a blast! Check in was easy and the security gate/staff made us feel safe. The unit was beautifully furnished and all the amenities we needed were there including the pool toys for the kids. Host was super responsive to everything that came up and quickly took care of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

This villa exceeded all our expectations – it’s even more beautiful than in the photos! The view over Playa Hermosa is stunning, and every morning and evening we saw toucans and scarlet macaws right from the terrace – closer than in some national parks. It’s peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for recharging. I loved doing Pilates on the terrace each morning. The hosts were kind, helpful, and shared wonderful stories with us. They even provided yoga mats! The access road is a bit rough (gravel), and at first I was nervous with our smaller car, but we got used to it quickly – just take it slow in low gear. Totally worth it. We would absolutely love to come back!

Beautiful Home !!! Gated Community With Security On Site 24/7. You Can Walk To Anywhere In Jaco Within A Few Moments. I Will Not Stay Anywhere Else Except Here Once I Return.

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Stephanie was an amazing host! Very friendly, responsive, accommodating, and flexible. Her place is walking distance to the strip and beach. It was clean, well-decorated, and very spacious. She also provides a guidebook that was helpful with navigating Jaco. It covered everything, restaurants, transportation, activities, etc. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our experience here and would definitely stay here again :)

Un lugar perfecto para ir en familia, seguro y muy cerca de la playa.

We had a lovely time at Bonita’s place. The place is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The air conditioners are all working well. The condominium is well maintained. There is a beach at the end of the road, takes about 15 -20 mins to walk there.

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

Everything about the place was good, my only minor complaints would be a) you must wear a bracelet the entire time you are staying and b) there was not any tableware, not even a spoon to stir coffee. Otherwise everything was as expected.

We had an amazing stay in Jacó! This place was everything we hoped for—clean, quiet, private, and very spacious. The AC also keeps the place very coool! The pool was absolutely beautiful and a perfect way to relax after exploring the area. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. On top of all that, the price was an incredible bargain for everything included. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Jacó, it is such a nice place to go back to after long days of adventuring—would definitely stay here again!
