Welcome to your private one-bedroom apartment in Welches, Oregon! Just 18 minutes from Skibowl and 30 minutes from Timberline and Mt. Hood Meadows, this cozy retreat is perfect for two guests (or three with a child under 12). Located on the first floor of our home, the apartment has high-speed internet and a comfy space to unwind after adventure. Since we live upstairs, you may occasionally hear footsteps. The bedroom has a dedicated work area, King bed, and plenty of space for all your clothes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and has seating for 6. It’s the perfect spot to get away from city life, but an easy drive if you want to enjoy what the surrounding towns have to offer!

Enjoy the expansive 180 degree views from your private little forest oasis or take advantage of the central location to explore all The Gorge has to offer. We've recently renovated this private retreat to keep our visiting friends and family comfortable. The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Relax and unwind in our custom built, one-of-kind cabin. The cabin is nestled up on a forested hill above our main cabin. It's sits on 4 acres of private wooded land, bordering Mt. Hood National Forest Land. A perfect getaway for couples looking to spend a romantic weekend in the woods or a home-base for those who are here to enjoy everything Mt. Hood has to offer. Hiking, fishing, skiing are only minutes away!

Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February. Feel free to check with me, and I will give you current driving conditions!
