What an absolutely stunning location. We enjoyed 4 days here with plenty of sea swimming and walks. The house itself was just perfect, beautifully designed and furnished, with every thing we needed. It was warm and welcoming. The bedding was particularly luxurious. Catherine was a fantastic host, giving us space and also very responsive to messages and proactive with communications. We very much enjoyed the fabulous sea views and being surrounded by breath taking nature. The house is a very short drive to the gorgeous little village of Roundstone (where there is the most fab little coffee shop!) and only about 20 minute drive into the bigger town of Clifden. There is so much to see and do in the area and the house was also perfect for lounging in the comfy armchairs and reading books. We can't fault our stay - 10 stars from us! Thank you Catherine. We would absolutely love to return!!

This is a really beautiful peaceful spot. Fantastically positioned. Craig was spot on with his communication throughout. It was a very smooth pleasant transaction. The house is nicely laid out. There was only 4 of us but perfectly adequate for 7. It was great to have the front area overlooking the lake (I could really relax there reading a book) and also the reception room where the kids could chill out. Both have log burners which plenty of fuel which were very comfortable and made it all very cozy. There’s loads of outdoor space for kids to kick a ball about. We really loved it. Thank you Craig.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem ruhigen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Haus verbringen können. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war vor Ankunft gut erreichbar, empfing uns in der Unterkunft und führte uns in Ruhe durch das Haus. Ausstattung, Zimmer und Lage lassen keinerlei Wünsche offen und die "Garage" (kleines Nebenhaus) bieten mit Billard, Dart und Tischtennis auch beste Unterhaltung für einen verregneten Urlaubstag. Wir haben das Haus zu zweit bewohnt, können es durch die drei komplett ausgestatteten Schlafzimmer und die beiden Badezimmer auch für größere Familien empfehlen.

We had an incredible stay at Trish’s Achill home. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and Trish was immediately responsive whenever we had any small issue. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores in Keel, which was great! Next time we find ourselves in Achill, we will absolutely try to stay here again!

Really comfortable stay with a lovely cosy homely feel. Perfect place to stay for a wedding at the Armada Hotel, which is just down the road.

After spending Christmas in Declans lovely house, we have fallen in love with the place. We arrived to a spotless house which was fully decorated for Christmas. It was so appreciated. Declan left some milk in the fridge for a cuppa and the house was nice and toasty. The space for 7 people was great with two sitting rooms and 5 bedrooms. Declan was such a responsive host and very kindly allowed us to check out an hour later due to personal circumstances. I would highly recommend this property for families . Thanks so much , we cannot wait to return

We had a wonderful time at Jo's spacious and quiet house. We especially enjoyed the time spent with Jo and the donkeys. All of us learned a lot about the animals. Jo is doing remarkable work! The sea is very close, pebbly beach in walking distance and a beautiful beach for swimming just a few minutes drive away. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely worth a visit!

great family place to stay in Galway. we had the necessary amenities, enough space and a great location. easy to get to Dublin's airport and supermarkets.

This cozy bungalow, very close to Westport was perfect for our little family stopover. It was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of cooking. It is quiet enough to offer rest and relaxation, yet only minutes away from the bustling town of Westport and not too far from Castlebar either. Johanne was welcoming and promptly responded to all questions and requests. The cookies and milk were a welcome bonus! Would love to come back to explore more of Westport!

We absolutely loved Carol's house it was so like home from home and had every amenity we needed for a four night stay. it was absolutely spotless and warm and we loved the stove as we were able to light a fire after it had been raining all day. I definitely recommend for a long stay as its so lovely n cosy in the evening times. we stayed in and cooked 2 nights and relaxed and watched TV. we hope to return very soon.

Our family had a wonderful time at Alan’s place. The cottage is pristine, everything was spotless. The furnishings were very comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The whole house is entirely refurbished and absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The view is serene and the surroundings are peaceful; we loved the cows grazing in the pasture right outside the back door, not to mention the view of the lake and the horses and cows in the distance. The house is in a great location, close to major motorways with easy accessibility to the local sites like Galway City, The Burren or Connemara. Alan is a terrific and thoughtful host and we would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgeber. Absolut ruhige Lage, dennoch guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Connemara und Umgebung.

I cannot say enough about how happy we are about our family stay at Seahaven. The location and home exceeded expectations. The house had modern amenities. It was bright, cozy and comfortable and looked out onto a spectacular view of the Connamara coast. We enjoyed watching the seals sunning themselves on rocks at low tide. Catherine, our host, was helpful and available to answer any questions we had about the area. She went above and beyond in making our stay enjoyable, even helping us with some travel issues, to the point of saving our vacation. Again, I can’t say enough about how happy we are that we chose Seahaven. And Catherine is the greatest!!!

We had a brilliant time at Maureen’s beautiful house. It was spotless as we have OCD this made arrival fab. There was everything on the house that you could ever imagine. We cannot wait to come back again next year
