Catherine’s accommodation is extremely homely and in beautiful surroundings. Not too close to the town but not too far either. Catherine is very friendly and welcoming and attentive to her guests. We enjoyed our stay from start to finish, we even stayed an extra night.

Mary was really friendly she also helped us with some local recommendations. The house was really clean and cosy. I recommend the place is so peaceful… great spot if you want to disconnect. For me and my friends the jacuzzi and the beach/lake front of the house was the highlighters we really enjoyed it.

We had a family break March 2025. 12 family members, the accommodation was perfect for us. Great kitchen/dining room for socialising/eating. Never felt on top of each other 6 of the bedrooms had en-suite shower room and there was also a downstairs cloakroom off of the main hall. All of the 5 double bedrooms downstairs had en-suites and one of the double bedrooms upstairs. We all loved coming back 'home' after a day out. Great outside facilities, plently of logs for the sauna, hot tub. Excvellent views. Beautiful stary skies on clear nights with zero light polution! Will be staying again, already planning our 2026 stay! Marian was extremely responsive both before and duting our stay, as was the local caretaker who responded almost immediatley to a maintenance request we had during our stay

We had a wonderful three-day stay at Mary’s place! The surroundings are beautiful, and the location is convenient with great access to the town. The price was very reasonable for everything that was offered. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, the hot tub and sauna made our trip so much more enjoyable — they turned rainy days into relaxing afternoons. Sitting by the dock with a cup of hot tea, watching the water, was one of the most peaceful moments of our stay. Thank you, Mary, for providing such a cozy and lovely getaway!

This was our second stay at Mark’s Eden Retreat Cottage. We stayed there last year and loved it so much we came again this year. The size was perfect for a small group of friends on a combined business and leisure trip. We love the spacious kitchen and especially the little fireplace. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and just a short trip into town for supplied, pubs, busses, shopping, etc. Last year we used the hottub but this year it was out of service. Mark notified us in advance of this and compensated us for the inconvenience, which I appreciated very much.. Mark is a great communicator! Will stay again. Thank you!

Collanmore Island Lodge is unreal, couldn't recommend it more! We had the best stag weekend ever here and Ciaran is a absolute gent. Getting to the island is easy and exciting, beds are comfy and facilities are top notch. Ideal for big family gatherings or any type of West of Ireland getaway. I will be back again for sure, thank you Ciaran and your great team.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grattan Holiday Apartments, car parking out the back, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and within walking distance to the beach, local pubs and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk into Galway city and taxi back is around €10. Highly recommend a stay here. Sean and Cathal are on hand if you need them and will recommend places to visit and eat

Our family loved the cottage. The views and sunsets were just beautiful. It is 2 minutes from Cliffs if Moher and about 8 minutfrom Doolin. It was a nice touch to have breakfast foods for the first morning. The hot tub was an added bonus. We had a great dinner at Russell Seafood and listened to music at McDermotts.

This is our second stay at Patricias house. The house is really spacious, clean and well maintained with lots of rooms for family activities. The surroundings are really quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes drive to a few lively areas with good pubs and restaurants. Lots to do in the house and garden, the bikes are an added bonus. We have always found Patricia to be very friendly and helpful, a fantastic host. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

This getaway is exactly what we wanted. The cottage was extremely cozy, and was quite charming. With tons of nature around us, no screens, and good company, the stay was incredibly relaxing. We had a great time thumbing through the materials and fun history of the cottage. William was extremely accommodating and was very responsive. We will absolutely be back!

We loved our stay at Ed and Eileen’s beautiful home. A great location for exploring Connemara and the Aran Islands with all services nearby. We highly recommend it and hope to return.

What a wonderful place! Beautifully tranquil in the heart of Burren country. The photographs do not do the property justice at all, the space seems more spacious and was thoroughly delightful. The only complaint is on myself having only booked two nights, I could have stayed so much longer. Will try to be back next year.

A fantastic family stay on Achill, Dave’s house was perfect for us. A lovely walk to the beach where we enjoyed coffees & crepes from Lizzies truck. We hope to rent it again on our next family trip - we love Achill.

had a lovely stay in Marie's place. it was cosy and quiet and very central, as it was only 5 minutes from westport Town. The homemade brown bread and scones that Marie made were yummy as well😁 we would highly recommend a stay here. Fran & Angie.

I stayed two nights with my partner and son in Rhona's beautiful cottage on the lake. The cottage is very clean, cosy and tastefully decorated. Rhona greeted us on arrival, which was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. The views outside are really breathtaking. It is right on the bank of a magnificient lake Corrib where my partner was lucky to catch a fish. There is a lovely forest walk right on the site, and a private boat pier. In the evenings we spent quality time playing board games and chess. Rhona was very helpfull to give us advice on what we can see around, and where to have some lovely food and there is plenty activities for everyones taste! I would really love to visit your place again in summer time and have a boat ride and a barbeque, Rhona. Thanks for your hospitality, we had an amazing few days!

Had a lovely stay, the grounds of the place were gorgeous and we really enjoyed taking in all the scenery. Karen was an attentive host and we had no problems checking in early and getting to the place.

myra,s place was close to the centre of westport 10 minutes walk on arrival very friendly and good chats,house was clean and tidy and having a kitchen was a bonus, I would highly recommend myra,s place

Après un accueil adorable nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour dans un cadre calme et paisible. Les conseils avisés de Theresa nous ont permis de découvrir des endroits magnifiques ( Falaises de Moher / Tour du Connemara). Theresa a su prendre soin de nous et nous recommandons ses soins. Elle a su personnaliser pour chacun d’entre nous un massage bien être des moments plus apaisant. Merci encore Theresa nous avons hâte de revenir !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Tishmane. We were a grouo of 9 adults and 2 infants and the house was spacious and bright with beautiful views of the traditional Connemara landscape and tapestry of stone walls and a grassy lane leading directly to a stunning beach. We walked, played pool in the local pub and enjoyed cooking in the vast kitchen/diner in the evenings. Our host, Jacqui, was wonderful and overall it was a magical few days.

We felt right at home at Barry’s Place. The unit is perfectly situated in the centre of the village so everything is in walking distance. Lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and historical sites. So glad we stayed in Ennis. We could look out the window at the village - we felt part of it, even when we were inside. Would stay again!

What a fabulous place to stay and use as a base for the Ennis area. Angele was the perfect host providing detailed and helpful information and recommendations. The 2-bedroom unit was immaculately clean, and stylishly furnished. Would not hesitate to stay here again ... 10/10

The perfect base to explore Westport and beyond. Very close to a large supermarket and an easy walk into town. The house is exactly as described, was spotlessly clean and perfect for a family. The tips for local spots to eat and drink were very welcome as was the well stocked breakfast supplies. A great place!
