Beautiful home! The kitchen and entire home was very well stocked . We had two families and felt like we had plenty of space. Great little view of the lake and a short walk down to the dock.

It was the perfect location, right off the lake. House was clean and plenty of space. 10/10 stay, would definitely recommend staying with Andrew

This was our 4th year renting this house for a week of fishing. My friends and I enjoy the location and easy access to the water. House is always clean and our hosts, Andrew and Chad are very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have.

I would rate this house a 5 out of 5. The house looked just like the pictures . It was very clean . The host was very responsive, she was great. My family enjoyed the fire place located on the side of the house . There appeared to be a spider issue in the house . We saw a couple and had to kill them. The shower in the basement was very small. Besides that my family and I had a great blended thanksgiving and would definitely rent again . Thank you for everything Angela !!!

This was the best airbnb we have stayed in. We celebrated Thanksgiving with 11 family members (7 adults and 5 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and the view of the lake was incredible. I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the dock in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thanks for much for having us!

A beautiful place to stay the night and have fun as well. There are many activities include with the house such as the ping pong table that doubles as an air hockey table (so cool i want one in my own house). beautiful scenery with the lake accessible from the backyard. I would love to live in a house like this one day. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my son's wedding at the AirBnB. We had such a quick weekend full of wedding business, I just wish we had more time to relax as the home was definitely inviting. There was plenty of space for everyone and all stated how cozy the atmosphere made them feel. I wish we could have turned on the fireplaces, but that was not a deal breaker. This was our first time renting an AirBnB and we did not know what to expect. This experience far exceeded our expectations.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The host Alaurah was incredibly kind and responsive…communication was seamless from start to finish. The location is ideal: peaceful, safe, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and decorated with such thoughtful touches including the perfect sage green accents that made the space feel so calm and inviting. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit, and we felt right at home. We’re already looking forward to staying here again! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

We had a great time! My husband and I and our dog enjoyed staying at Kim’s place; it was incredibly private and peaceful (and quiet). We loved the pool and fire pit. I always appreciate and am grateful for dog-friendly places- my dog had a great time exploring and staying with us. The grounds are beautiful and we were very close to town amenities (anything we needed was a few minutes away), yet when we wanted to be alone our cottage was private overlooking gorgeous fields and woods. Fantastic stay!

better than we could have imagined! absolutely beautiful surroundings. The other cabins and main house are pretty close together physically but we never saw anyone-still felt private and the views/surroundings are so beautiful that you feel in your own world, an immersive place. We really liked the decor, much more soul than the average cabin you might find on airbnb, and clearly the hosts have an eye for art and history. There were two times we encountered dogs unexpectedly and without any owner in sight, but they were very friendly dogs and no trouble-just unexpected. This would be a fantastic intimate wedding location!! Had a wonderful time and will be returning in hotter months to use the absolutely beautiful pool area.. thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a relaxing stay with our doggies. it's a cute and cozy cottage. Kim was gracious and responsive. It's a lovely property. I slept in the downstairs bedroom with the doggies, which worked out because they couldn't climb the stairs and I'm scared of heights. I'm addition to the smart TV, the cottage is stocked with a great selection of movies.

Upon arrival at this house in Mineral, VA, we noticed the house's openness, beautiful décor, and thoughtful aesthetics, which reflected a perfect blend of comfort & style that immediately made us feel at ease. The house was clean & amenities well-stocked (as described) ensuring there were no unpleasant surprises. Bedrooms were comfortable; beds were cozy, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. The house layout was perfect for socializing for a large group & we comfortably hung out. The KITCHEN exceeded all expectations -equipped with various appliances, stainless steel pots, pans (& nonstick) & loads of small items – This level of stocking made meal prep enjoyable rather than a chore, helping us create lasting memories over shared meals. minor drawbacks— a few rooms were a bit chilly (extra blankets were readily available) & the hot water supply was somewhat limited – this was minimal compared to the overall enjoyment we experienced. We are absolutely OBSESSED with this place. The silo was everything we imagined and more. The farm animals are literally a few feet away from the front door and gave us a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. From riding several miles of bike trails to fishing and boating in the pond, there was never a bored moment. The owners Ashleigh and Mike were super nice and made us feel right at home. This was definitely one of our top spots we’ve stayed at and can’t wait to return in the future!

Beautiful home and property. Very spacious with lots of accommodations and amenities. Our family had a wonderful time and will definitely return again. Would reccommend to anyone looking for a private get away.

Had a wonderful time with family at the Bat Cave. The home was exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. The only minus I have is that the Wifi wasn't working when we arrived, however they responded back quickly and was able to send someone out the following morning. I definitely will stay again

The place had beautiful sights, the kitchen was nice,everything was perfect and the place looked just like the pictures. I will definitely come back again!

Our family of 9 spent a week here, and couldn't be happier. Our groups ages spread from 12 to 84, and every one of us had a great time. However beautiful this home and lake look in the photos - it is even more so in person. We had a blast kayaking and paddleboarding, and took a few day trips to the state park, battlefields, and monticello. We spent our mornings having coffee in the beautiful sunroom and evenings with wine overlooking the sunset on the lake. Fred and Gette were extremely accommodating when we realized how close we were to our aunt and added her on for Easter dinner at the last minute. Great communication as well - it was really just a wonderful experience all around.

Great home for large groups and the setting is absolutely beautiful. Our group plans to return next year.

I had a great time staying at Patricia's place. The trailer is spacious and comfortable. It's convenient to Lake Anna and such a peaceful farm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this stay to a friend.

Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

This cabin is a true gem. Spent the weekend with friends and 2 small pups for a girls getaway. Ample parking for multiple vehicles, easy check-in/out, great living room and porch for relaxing and board games. We brought our own games, but discovered a number of others available in the basement!! Quiet, peaceful setting with quick access to Lake Anna. Kitchen has everything you might need for cooking. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the fire pit because of the rain. Only 1.5 hours away from home and yet we all felt like we were on a real vacation! Oliver was an excellent host. We even had the option to stay later than checkout, but 6 women with husbands/children to return to meant we couldn’t indulge in another lazy morning (but we really wanted to!). Will definitely be adding this to my short list of “book again!”

What a fun long-weekend. We enjoyed the kayaks and we literally spent the whole weekend in the lake. We didn’t even mind that the water was cold, being early spring. The house is really clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basic necessities and we didn’t have any problem cooking all meals there. We will definitely be back.

We had such a fun and unique experience. Love the location close to the interstate yet private and safe. The apartment was spacious and clean. Love seeing the animals and the owners were extremely friendly. We will be back
