Dana’s place was a wonderful stay for my sister and mother and I. It was exactly as described and so charming. The view of the bay was stunning and an easy, short walk. The decks to sit on and enjoy the scenery were great. The bedrooms were nice with great views and the beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. When we return to Lubec we would gladly stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Brooke’s place. She was super responsive. Her home was comfortable, clean and just a pleasure all around. I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay. Place was spotless and cozy. We were up for the incredible sunrise and saying good morning to the seals daily. Walking the beach at the end of the street is a must and there are plenty of places to escape to locally including the amazing views and hikes at Quoddy Head lighthouse. I will also say that you are just a short walk away from the best stocked IGA market downeast. The hospitality and quick responses from Nicole made the trip even better. We will hopefully be back again soon.

Great private whole house in scenic area. Plenty of room and spotless clean. Wifi and huge Roku TV if you need to connect. Kassandria is friendly and obliging, would stay again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We came up for a friend’s wedding and loved the area so much we are already talking about coming back next year. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We booked this space for my parents from South Africa and they had a delightful stay at Eastport. The hospitality from our host,Janet, enhanced our experience. She went out of her way to make us feel at home and we could not wish for a more attentative host. The unit was pristine clean and beautiful and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Janet- thank you for taking care of us in the way you did.

We were looking for a peaceful place to stay for a few days on the Maine Coast this fall. This home was perfect. We were very comfortable from the minute we arrived. We especially enjoyed the deer and turkeys in the back yard every day. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay near a working harbor and a short drive to the Schoodic area of Acadia this is a near perfect home.

If you’re looking for a stay in the woods close to Acadia, then this is the perfect place! We loved the little cabin and the woods around the place, perfect for a smaller group. WiFi was available in the cabin so it’s not like you’re completely cut off either. There’s plenty of stuff to see nearby and the entrance to Acadia is about 40 mins away. Rachael and Trevor were always quick to reply and had left a little book in the cabin with suggestions for things around the place. The only downsides for us was the shower situation which is a shared shower space a little ways from the cabin and the lack of a proper heater (we went in middle October and it got COLD in the cabin) but the provided bedding was plenty warm. Would I do something like this again? Probably not. Did I still love the place? 100%

David & Heather’s place was excellent for our family gathering. The house is very clean and well appointed. Location was very close to town, an easy walk away. Highly recommend.

Host was very nice and responsive, the cabin was in excellent shape, quiet and peaceful . Did not expect the owners of the property to also own a restaurant down the road, which completely blew us away with the food, atmosphere and service. I would definitely recommend someone to come check this place out!

Incredibly beautiful location that makes you feel like you have all of Tunk Lake to yourself. Was so appreciative to have the kayaks and canoe on site to use, and was pleasantly surprised to find an incredible hike that gave views out to Acadia and over the ocean only a 5 minute drive away. House was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with great pots, pans and cutlery. Sitting by the fire and listening to the loons call at night was another highlight, along with watching the sunrise over the lake from the dock.

A slice of paradise! Dennis has thought of everything and the cottage and Campobello Island are beautiful and relaxing. We will return!
