Such an awesome place for a staycation with family and friends! Very clean, great location with mountain view and the place is very safe and quiet. The care takers are accommodating and helpful! We'll definitely go back there for another staycation!

Maganda yung property sobrang maluwag at malinis kumpleto din sa mga gamit pang luto. At very proactive yung mga caretaker ng unit may libreng pabuko pa para sa mga guest. Highly recommended po itong place na to sa gusto magrelax, sulit ang binayad namin. For the owner i recommend na kung pede pa double check ng refrigerator gawa ng hindi na masyado lumalamig yung chiller sa baba.

Sobrang saya ng overnight stay namin sa Casa Marisa, San Juan, Batangas! The host was super kind and accommodating. Thanks Ms. Angie! Ang ganda at linis ng place — very homey ang vibes, fully furnished, may complete amenities, at ready na kahit wala ka nang dalhin! May kitchen, malinis na banyo, at sobrang comfy ng beds. Pero ang pinaka-win sa lahat: may libreng bikes na aliw na aliw ang mga pamangkin ko! Paikot-ikot sila buong hapon, tapos nag-setup pa kami ng griller para sa barbecue. Ang saya lang! good vibes, masarap na food, at bonding time with family. Parang ayaw na nga nilang umuwi! it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

okay yung location ng place since may 7 Eleven bago pumasok ng gate so pag may need, may malapit na bilihan lang. super spacious ng house, rooms are clean except for the comforter medyo unpleasant yung smell nya, i think di napatuyo or nalabhan before putting it sa bed but overall experience okay 👌🏻

The place is cozy and we had the most amazing time during our cousins' getaway! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The Host is responsive, very accommodating and is considerate when we communicate our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed it here. Plus, the water's temperature is superb! We will definitely be recommending it to others.

The place is clean and looks exactly in the photos. A bit secluded but made our stay quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!

The excellent customer service started as soon as we booked the place. Is the villa built like a 5-star hotel? Of course not but it's a lovely, modern home surrounded by nature. There are various types of bugs that fly in and out of the villa and you can't avoid them - live a little. The staff was so accommodating and helpful that it felt like a serviced residence rather than a short-term rental. There are a lot of restaurants in the area plus food delivery services so you won't go hungry should you decide to stay in and hang out by the pool or watch Netflix all day. The internet was fast and reliable and the rooms were sufficiently kept cold (not cool but cold in December) by the a/c. They provided everything we needed for a short 3-day stay. Thank you David and team!
