Apt 5 Pier Terrace is a modern refurbished 2 bed apartment on the first floor which gives it fantastic panoramic views of the harbour, sea and East cliff and beach. In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. The apartment is light with a fully equipped kitchen and a large walk in shower. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

Use as a base for fossil hunting or simply take in the views, read the paper & enjoy a cuppa. We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle.
