Bostaden är helt nyrenoverad (2022) och är en del i en villa, men helt separat med egen ingång. Parkering finns i anslutning till lägenheten och för den som föredrar att åka buss ligger hållplatsen precis utanför. Till havet är det ca 150 meter och till Ica Nära i Grundsund ca 450 meter. Även restauranger och badplatser finns på gångavstånd (sommar). Lägenheten är ca 35 kvm och har två rum och kök samt ett badrum och en liten hall. Utanför bostaden finns uteplats med bord och stolar samt grill.

Villa Hällene ist ein modernes Holzhaus, direkt neben dem bekannten Pilane Skulpturenpark in urwüchsiger Felslandschaft gelegen. Das Haus ist hell und offen und von einer großen Holzterrasse mit Ess- und Sonnenplätzen und einer Sauna umgeben. Das Haus hat einen offenen Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich, der bis unter das Dach geöffnet ist. Auf einer Galerie im ersten Stock befindet sich ein zweiter großer Wohnraum. Bis zum nächsten Badeplatz sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad (im Haus vorhanden).

Nära det gamla kustsamhället Skalhamn med naturlig hamn, stor båtmarina och restaurang. Mataffärer, restauranger, Havets hus m.m. finns i Lysekil. 12 min med bil. Välj mellan naturstränder, klippor och barnvänliga bad. 5 min med bil. Vandringsleder och golfbana i närområdet. Cyklar finns att låna.

På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn.
