Great stay, perfect spot to have quick access to the lake if you brought a boat. House was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We had a great time, and will be making this our go to place for our annual trip.

Sal had superb communication skills. The stay was beautiful and clean. I left my IPad in the house after checkout, and Sal being diligent with his quick response, I was able to retrieve it! Would definitely recommend him and would continue to do business with him.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! I have the best experience of my life at the lake house. It was my birthday and it’s always the coldest month of the year but this made it the best birthday Ive ever had. Beautiful inside and we spend to much time in the hot tub that was my highlight because I’m anemic and never felt warm and the beauty of the lake and lights at night was perfect.

This place was exactly what I needed—quiet, cozy, and right on the water. The private dock was perfect for relaxing mornings, and the house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Super close to Detroit but still far enough to actually feel like a retreat. Loved the fireplaces, the game room (air hockey and foosball were clutch), and the full kitchen made it easy to cook when I didn’t feel like going out. Pet-friendly too, which was a huge bonus. Chelsea was an amazing and mindful host—thoughtful, responsive, and clearly cares about the guest experience. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just felt easy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

Thanks for having us , cute little apartment get more tvs lol but it was very nice and I loved the little carpets I have them at home so that was really homing off rip . Nice and neat and even tho it’s a busy street it was quite quiet

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was wonderfully decorated with a charming and cozy aesthetic, and it was impeccably clean throughout. The host was exceptionally friendly and always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Access to the property was smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely safe during my stay. Highly recommended

Great stay! Very cute aesthetic and very clean. I would definitely book this place in the future when visiting again. It was the perfect amount of space for a weekend girls trip.

We had a great stay at MiCasa. The condo looked newly renovated, and it was very clean and comfortable. The building has a bar downstairs as well as “fowling”, plus a Speakeasy, so that was very convenient and fun. It was also walking distance to restaurants and other bars. The location is great. I would only suggest that the instructions to open the lock box specify to press * after the code. It took us a little while to figure this out before finally being able to open it.

We had a great a stay! The place had everything we needed and the host was responsive and super friendly. Would highly recommend this place. The coffee shop next door had amazing coffee and pastries for a morning treat!

Perfect location! We went to the Tiger game and Comerica Park is just around the corner. Walkable to tons of restaurants and sports/concert venues. The Penthouse apartment is very nice, just like the photos. Comfortable bed and everything was clean and up-to-date. The view of downtown is incredible! We would definitely stay here again.

it was a great place to stay within walking distance of the museum district and midtown, very quiet and nice. we will definitely stay again sometime!
