This was our second stay here. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The house is perfect: well stocked, very clean, great location and amazing pool that our kids love. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place for our annual girls trip to spring training. The house was amazing, very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of conveniences. Great place to make group meals and chill out. Slept all 8 of us comfortably. The water views were spectacular. Very walkable to the main road where there are some restaurants and ice cream. We had everything we needed!

Loved this place. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Anthony was easy to contact and helpful. Couldn’t find the WiFi password when it was right in front of me.🙄 He fixed me up and didn’t even make fun of me. House was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. Reasonably priced. The location is great.

This home is amazing. It is very comfortable and peaceful. The water view and ability to walk down and sit on the dock over the water is incredible. The lush landscaping is so pretty. The pool and hot tub are so relaxing! There are plenty of items to help with cooking in the lovely kitchen. The artwork and decorations are very interesting. The hosts are extremely responsive to anything you may need. We had a wonderful stay and plan to use this house again when we return. Great stay. Great home. Great host.

We felt very at home in Tina’s place. It was very comfortable for 5 adults. The pool and backyard were very relaxing. There were games provided but we did not have time to enjoy them. Tina was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. Being a superhost myself, I highly recommend this home. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

What a great place for our stay in the Tampa area. Easy access to the airport, Ybor and other areas of town as well as to the interstate to get to other places in the region. The house was exactly what we needed, very clean and comfortable. The place had so many amenities we didn't even have a chance to try them all. We'll definitely be back our next time in Tampa.

This was our first Airbnb in Indian Rocks. We loved the house. We loved the quiet neighborhood, the view. Easy access to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely book again or another of their beautiful properties!

Spacious with lots of fun things to do. Brock was a great host and when we realized my son lost something at the house, they searched for it and mailed it to us- amazing! Really great place with good people taking care of it. Definitely would stay again!

The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we enjoyed sun-filled days lounging on the soft sand and taking refreshing dips in the ocean. It was so convenient to have the beach just minutes from our doorstep, allowing us to soak up the sun whenever we pleased. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of quaint shops and delicious dining options nearby. We loved exploring the area and trying out local restaurants. Overall, our stay here was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming beach escape!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

We had such a great stay at Kristin’s place! It was super cute, really clean, and had everything we needed. Kristin was amazing — super responsive and helpful with all of my questions. The AC worked perfectly, which was such a relief with the April heat, and the shower was awesome too. There was a little construction nearby, but honestly, we barely even noticed it, and Kristin made sure to let us know about it ahead of time. The private dock felt so peaceful and tucked away, and the gazebo made the perfect spot for our wedding ceremony — it was seriously magical. Kristin made us feel so welcome and at home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our special day. We’re so grateful and would definitely stay here again!

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc
