Wonderful location! Jennifer's lake house had plenty of room to accommodate four couples and a large driveway to park four vehicles, all with boat trailers. This made for a great fishing trip with friends! The path to the dock was a clearly marked walkway with lights. We had a question about electricity at the dock, and Jennifer was very quick to respond to answer our questions. she was also quick to respond to our questions before booking as well. Check-in was smooth with keyless entry and checkout instructions were clearly posted and easy to follow. We were able to have a Walmart grocery delivery and the Dollar General store was close by when we realized we forgot a few things. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

This unit was perfect. Very clean and nicely furnished and very, very peaceful in the big back yard. An easy 10 minute ride into downtown. Host was very responsible and easy to deal with. Thanks for a great stay!

One of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Kevin’s place was absolutely beautiful. We were in awe the second we stepped in the doors. Very clean and well kept. We wish we could have stayed more nights. If you’re coming to Athens this is definitely the place to stay!

I am a consultant working on a project here in Hartwell and stayed at Dan's place for 4 months. Dan is an absolutely amazing host. He is communicative, attentive, and ALWAYS very quick to respond. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no issues feeling at home the entire time I was staying here. I will look to book here first when I come back to Hartwell later this year. Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. Thanks Aveline for everything.

Had such a great time staying here! The cabin was very clean and the area was very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this unit!

If you appreciate rustic history this is the place for you. The updating and modernization was just enough to be completely comfortable but also appreciate how old the house was that we were staying in. Yvonne was great and stayed in contact with us in case we had an issue finding the property (which we did not), and even had some bread from a local bakery waiting for us. The place was close enough town to enjoy all that Athens has to offer but also be able to enjoy the quiet Georgia countryside.

Our stay at this A-frame cabin was absolutely perfect. The space is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail and a fully equipped setup that made our experience seamless. Every corner felt intentional and inviting. The hosts, Thomas & Morgan, were incredibly communicative and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. We truly appreciated their hospitality. This is a place we would absolutely return to, highly recommend!

We were in town for the Bananas Ball game at Clemson and that was about a 45 min drive to get there. Peaceful setting and nice area to sit out back by the water. I gave 5 stars because it served the purpose we were looking for and was as described. But I will say for future travelers that the bed in the main bedroom is VERY FIRM!! And the temperature of the home is controlled by the owners and if you want to change it, you have to text them and ask for it to be unlocked. We got back from the game late so we did not text and it was way warmer than we like to have it so that (and the hard bed) made sleeping difficult. There was a fan in the closest we found and it helped. The main shower is not tall people friendly. I am only 6'1" and the shower head was about chest height. So be prepared to duck. Overall the place was spotless and the living room furniture was comfortable. If we are back in the area I would choose another location based on the beds alone.

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

We had a perfectly relaxing few days at Apple Pie right after the craziness of Christmas! The house was spacious, just as described/pictured, and well-appointed. We lacked for nothing during our stay and the owners were great at communication...extremely responsive and helpful, and all check-in, check-out, and informational info was communicated efficiently and thoroughly. We also enjoyed all the extras...hot tub, spa space, etc. It was just a wonderful stay from start to finish!

Cozy country getaway! Jonah's place was the perfect amount of room for my fiancé and I. We were happy with everything that was included, especially the fresh eggs from their farm. We also enjoyed the fire pit as well. Jonah was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Perfect cabin for any fisherman wanting to stay close to Lake Russell. Owners have a great layout for charging your boat and driveway is very convenient for truck and boat hooked up. Cabin is very spacious inside and very clean. The owners are very helpful and respond quickly to anything that may come up or for just general information. I will be staying here again.
