It is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Only 90 min drive from D.C. Unplug!

Enjoy our secluded 1850s solid brick farmhouse. Completely renovated with modern conveniences, including central AC & super fast, Starlink internet. 5 miles from Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns. A short walk to Lake Arrowhead. We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. We are family friendly and love dogs, no pet fee. Take a short drive and enjoy hiking Old Rag and White Oak Canyon Falls. Explore Sperryville and Culpeper, the many orchards, wineries, breweries, all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer.

Get your nature fix staying here. Perfect for family or friend gatherings since it sleeps 8; yet it's also romantic for just the 2 . Huge fireplace for warm evenings (extra charge for wood/cleaning), beautiful night sky and 10 foot beamed ceilings, 2 decks, walks around the lake. Cozy and comfortable formal with a first floor bedroom, if you have trouble with steps this home may be challenging. Pets allowed on a case by case basis, on a leash at all times outdoors and in restricted areas.

The property features a fire pit, outdoor seating, and a large living room for gathering. This is not a party house!

Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Serenity Lakeview Cottage

Renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. Kayaks are available for your use on the lake. Unit approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.

The Barn is located 10 miles or less from beautiful hiking trails, great trout fishing, wonderful wineries, and excellent dining. Because of our location phone service is spotty, but we provide a signal booster for your phone and the WIFI is Firefly fiber optic. So come on out unwind, unplug, and soak up all this area has to offer.

We have a canoe and row boat for you to venture out on the water and fishing poles, just bring your tackle, bait and bathing suit! We have high speed internet (100+mbps) at the cabin and a smart Tv! No parties!
