Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine around the majestic firepit overlooking the rolling meadows. Enjoy pristine ponds (with LED fountains) to fish and swim. Watch deer and turkey roam the property. Hike the trails which include a frisbee golf course designed to take in the scenery.

Your group will enjoy Annies River House! Located on Main Street in beautiful historic Madison. We are just blocks from the majestic Ohio river, shopping, eateries and wineries! Rent a golf cart and maneuver through town with ease! Take in the history, the beauty and architecture of times past and know you have a comfortable spacious place to retire at the end of the day at Annies River House! If you are looking to get away in seclusion and be with Mother Nature, this is the home. Very quiet, with a running creek beside the home. Walking distance to the Ohio river, two outdoor decks, one with a grill. A car port, full kitchen, two full baths, paved driveway, trees all around. The home sits between two hill ridges surrounded by 180 acres. It is a park like setting. 30 minutes from Gene Snyder and I-71 (Louisville). Historic Lagrange Ky and Madison In, are a must see and close by.

Upstairs offers two bedrooms and full bath w/shower and old old-fashioned soaker tub. Enjoy nice weather on the fenced back patio. Note: This property contains stairs and is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

Secluded Country Home in Historic Hoosier Hills

You’ll love the property because of the private secluded location and the views. The property is good for couples, solo families (with kids), all girls/boys gatherings and big groups. The house has over 1900 square feet of living space plus a sunroom looking over the pond and woods. There are two TVs with cable connection and one tv with an antenna. One TV is in the common living area and the other tv's are in two bedrooms, Catch and release fishing is permitted.

Newly renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facility, dining room, living room, bedroom and 1 1/2 bathrooms on first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each upstairs bedroom has a Smart TV and the living room has a Smart TV. It has a pleasant back yard with outdoor sitting and onsite parking.
