The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

Мне здаецца, мы ніколі не былі ў доме такой клапатлівай гаспадыні як Elisabetta. Яна адразу распавяла нам пра ўсе найлепшныя месцы вандровак вакол Barni. Калі ў нас былі праблемы з разуменнем італьянскай мовы пры рэзервацыі рэстаранаў, Elisabetta брала камунікацыю на сябе. А калі ў нас зламалася машына, Elisabetta знайшла майстэрні, якая адрамантавала машыну за два дня, нават пад час пасхальных свят. Нашы дзеці былі вельмі ўзрадаваны батутам у двары. Цудоўнае месца і самая клапатлівая гаспадыня. Стопрацэнтная рэкамендацыя для сем'яў.

Unser Urlaub war einfach perfekt. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat alles was man braucht. Ursula ist eine liebevolle, zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. Jennifer y Nico fueron muy cordiales y generosos. Recomiendo la casa Volvería sin dudarlo. inolvidable estadía. gracias!!!!!!!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten mal als Familie in Nicolas Wohnung in den Skiferien. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Skipiste ubd die Skischule sind gleich um die Ecke. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Nicola und Patricia hat super geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es waren nun unsere dritten Skiferien die wir bei Claudius verbracht haben. Es war wiedermal alles in bester Ordnung. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft von Claudius mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Auch für Ferien ausserhalb der Wintersaison eignet sich das Haus von Claudius bestens. Man ist mitten in einem Wander- und Bikegebiet oder kann einfach nur die Abgeschiedenheit geniessen. SUPER SACHE!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist schön gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war einfach und wir haben auch den Brötchen Lieferservice genutzt was super funktioniert hat. Die Sauna ist etwas klein für die Größe der Unterkunft und es wäre in der Küche schön, wenn es noch größere Töpfe gegeben hätte, da es für 8 Personen schwierig ist damit zu kochen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Umgebung.

Toll war, dass Marco jeden Tag war uns Ansprechpartner war.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Gerade vor dem Bus, der zum Skigebiet führt. Zudem ist sie sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet und genau richtig für uns gewesen. Nicole ist freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief perfekt. Freue mich auf ein nächstes mal!

Alessandro è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. l'alloggio è in un posto tranquillo a pochi passi dagli impianti di risalita delle piste da sci. veramente consigliato!

We had a magical time at the Bloom Apartment! Truly the most thoughtful airBNB booking we have ever had. The attention to detail, stunning views, and charming location made the stay our best yet - it lives up to the hype! We did not regret renting a car; we resisted it until the last moment but got one at the airport, and though we were afraid to drive in Italy we had no issues. We DO recommend getting a small car as ours felt a bit too big to park comfortably in the garage (it was a mini Countryman) but an expert driver would have no problem. The treats left around the house were a delight, the local pizzeria had great views and food, and the medieval village was so fun to explore. We took the ferry from Argegno to bellaggio and varenna, and drove to Menaggio, so it was easy to go to the touristy spots, but nice to be staying in a place that felt more authentic. Mattia and his family were very responsive, and couldn’t be more gracious. We hope to be back!

Toller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben und hatte unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen – sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage war der absolute hammer. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Vigtige praktiske informationer, som ikke fremgår af opslaget: Bus 8 fra hovedvejen afgår hvert 15. minut til Sankt Anton. Den gratis skibus stopper 100 meter fra Nasserein liften. Der er lidt over 1 kilometer fra boligen og ned til busstoppestedet, men man kan parkere sin bil ved det modsatte stoppested, hvor bussen holder, når man kører hjem fra Sankt Anton. Der er cirka 200 meter mellem de to stoppesteder. Det gratis skidepot som følger med lejligheden er bemandet, hvor personale hver dag står og tager i mod ski, støvler og skistave og udleverer det igen. Skidepotet ligger 100 meter fra busstoppesteder og der er direkte adgang fra butikken op op til Nasserein liften.

We stayed for three nights with our two kids at Michaela's place and it was amazing. The location is beautiful, a peaceful place with amazing views of the mountains. The house itself (you're staying on the ground floor of their home) is perfect, it is clean, well-organized, and for our kids there was lots to do: toys, games, a playground in the garden. Michaela was very clear and helpful, and very quickly responsive to all our questions. All-in-all a great host and a great place to stay!

Wir haben vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Sie war wie auf den Bildern und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Kontakt mit Irene war von Anfang an reibungslos und sie hat uns den Weg zur Farm klar beschrieben. Der Ort hat nicht ganz so viel zu bieten, aber ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um sich andere Ort anzusehen. Die Unterkunft ist auf einer Olivenfarm und Irene verkauft dort auch das eigens produzierte Olivenöl. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Wetterlage nicht nutzen, aber der Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See ist unschlagbar. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sicherlich auch wiederkommen.

Ottima sistemazione, perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. La posizione è eccellente, c'è un parcheggio privato davanti all'ingresso e un'ampia scelta di itinerari meravigliosi a poca distanza. Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente, in ordine e pulita, i letti erano comodi. Sandra è stata sempre gentilissima e molto reattiva in caso servissero informazioni o ci fossero necessità prima dell'arrivo, e all'arrivo ci ha accolti in modo molto amichevole dandoci un sacco di preziosi consigli sulla zona. Assolutamente consigliato.

Wunderschöne Gegend, traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Das Apartment ist perfekt für 2 Personen, ein Auto ist allerdings ratsam wegen der Lage. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, auch der SPA Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Host war auch sehr gut. Kommen gerne wieder!

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen sehr, sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben das Ambiente und die Lage sehr genossen! Auch die Kommunikation war bestens. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank!

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni in questo B&B e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, tutto nuovo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La cabina armadio è bellissima, il bagno impeccabile, e la cucina e il salotto moderni, accoglienti e super attrezzati Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il terrazzo enorme, perfetto per rilassarsi. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario: pentole, macchinetta del caffè, tè, tazze, posate… tutto pulitissimo! Le lenzuola erano profumate e morbidissime, e il letto rialzato così comodo che la mattina non volevamo più alzarci. Inoltre, è dotato di Netflix e di ogni comfort possibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto facilmente. Considerando la qualità dell’appartamento e la ristrutturazione impeccabile, il prezzo è davvero ottimo. Un ringraziamento speciale anche alla ragazza che lo gestisce: gentilissima e sempre disponibile

Mario's AirBnB has a great location, it was very close to the two vila's we wanted to visit (Vila Carlotta and Vila del Balbianello), so there was no hassle with ferries etc. in the morning. We also very much loved the beautiful view from the balcony, on the mountains and Lake Como. The kitchen was very well equipped and the sofa bed was comfortable. However, the biggest plus of the AirBnB was Mario himself! He kindly picked us up from the ferry port in Tremezzo and even gave us a ride to Vila del Balbianello the day we left! He was also very responsive via text and gave us great tips! Would highly recommend!

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito nell'appartamento di Mirella. La tranquillità del luogo e la vista eccezionale hanno coronato il nostro soggiorno. Come da annuncio, non mancava nulla ed era tutto a portata di mano, sia in casa che fuori Grazie Nicolò e Mirella, a presto!
