Дом Тани оказался даже лучше, чем на фото. Чистая территория в маленьком резорте, красивая природа, манго, франжипани, пение птиц - я будто отдыхала у бабушки в деревне. Дом отличный, компактный, чистейшее постельное белье, новый холодильник, чистая ванная, хороший напор воды. До китайского квартала пара секунд ходьбы, до ближайшего пляжа - пара минут. Рядом множество ресторанов, кафе, массажных салонов, баров, вечерний рынок Маенама и магазин 7/11. Очень тихие соседи, дружелюбные хозяева резорта. Отдельно хочу отметить тщательную уборку дома. Таня - лучший пример того, какой должен быть хозяин дома: она всегда на связи, помогала с такси, были мелкие поломки в доме - она все решала очень быстро. Рекомендую дом Тани на 100%. Я еще вернусь) Спасибо за этот месяц жизни в маленьком рае

Fabulous week - thanks so much to Nikki, Ton and the house team for a really relaxing week in this beautiful villa. Such a peaceful location right on the beachfront. Ton took care of us from start to finish, keeping the villa clean and tidy. Nikki was so helpful in recommending excursions and booking them for us, not to mention the fabulous private chef who cooked delicious meals for us on a couple of nights. The Ang Thong marine park boat trip was the highlight of our whole trip to Thailand. We loved the two or three little beach cafes, bars and a local restaurant within walking distance too. Would love to return one day.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

It’s hard to find a place that’s as stylish, well equipped, clean, well located and an ode to Thai aesthetics. This Airbnb was all of that. Such a beautiful stay here and we made use of both the inside and outside area. The location is in our opinion the best on the island. It’s quiet, there is parking and yet it’s a hop across the road from on the coolest and chillest bar and restaurant - Lay Lagom - where you will no doubt find yourself frequent. Jump over two doors to the best seafood restaurant - Krua Bang Por. There are 2 7/11’s and a pharmacy within walking distance. As well as motorbike hire along the main road. There’s a great massage place called Sivadee right at the entrance or the Airbnb otherwise another great one beachfront (and cheaper). There’s also a cute little coffee and juice shop right at the entrance too. We thought VERY good value for money. Thanks Mae!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Sie ist absolut sauber, schön und mit allem notwendigen eingerichtet.

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

It’s a great place to stay right on the beach, if you’re luckier than us with the weather, you’re gonna have a great time! Obviously of note, just as other reviewers mention, the cafe next door does indeed play music all day long until ~1am or so every day, however all the bedrooms are on another side very much away from the noise. Didn’t hear a thing when sleeping! The first floor is unusual - it’s completely open and stays open like that, as there’s no door on the beach side. However, that’s not a problem as the beach is super safe and we had fun just lounging in that area after a long day of exploring. Hosts were extremely responsive and helped with local recommendations and scooter rentals. All in all, this is probably a place suited for the younger crowd, so definitely go ahead, book it and have fun!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Boom und New empfangen. Diese organisierten sogar auch ein Flughafenshuttle für uns. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten uns auch bei Nachfrage Roller mieten - diese waren im Einwandfreien Zustand und alles klappe problemlos.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans l’appartement de Manfred. Le logement est exceptionnel et au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Nous avons pu assister à de magnifiques couchés de soleil grâce aux baie vitrées qui offrent une vue dégagée sur le ciel. Manfred est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement!!

Séjour au top dans cette magnifique villa spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. La piscine était très bien, les jardins entretenus et fleuris et la vue mer magnifique. L'accueil était parfait et notre hôte adorable. C'est un peu éloigné des zones touristiques mais on peut les relier facilement en grab/taxi et ça permet de trouver un environnement paisible.

Wundervolle Gastgeber, liebevoll, humorvoll und unglaublich aufmerksam. Unser Aufenthalt war unvergesslich – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Unser Aufenthalt bei Pannipa und Markus war einfach unvergesslich – dank ihrer außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft und ihres wunderschönen Zuhauses wurde unsere Hochzeitsreise zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben selten so liebevolle, humorvolle und aufmerksame Gastgeber erlebt. Jede Empfehlung, jede Reservierung und jede kleine Geste war Gold wert. Es war unser erstes Mal in Thailand / auf Samui, aber sicher nicht das letzte. Wenn wir zurückkommen, dann ganz bestimmt wieder zu euch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen euch von Herzen weiter. Die Gespräche, die Geschichten und die positive Energie von Pannipa und Markus haben uns tief beeindruckt. Das Zimmer mit Pool war wunderschön, genauso wie der Ausblick auf den Strand vor der Haustür und das Meer. Die Wäsche wurde jeden Tag gewechselt, und man bekam jeden Tag neue Softdrinks. Leider war der Wasserstand an diesem Strand sehr niedrig, so dass man nicht darin schwimmen konnte. Das ist an dieser Stelle wohl in den Monaten April und Mai normal. Wir sind dann weiter runter zum Lamai Beach gefahren, wo man gut schwimmen konnte. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte, hat der Vermieter uns sofort geholfen und Informationen weitergegeben. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Secondly stay at Dan's villa, spacious and beautiful beachfront property. good restaurants, beach massages and 7-11 close by. I highly recommend Dan's villa!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll gestalteten Haus! Alles war blitzsauber, gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein besonderes Highlight waren die beiden guten Seelen des Hauses: Ihre herzliche Art, das ansteckende Lachen von ihr und die liebevolle Fürsorge haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Sie waren immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas brauchte, und haben sich großartig um alles gekümmert. Auch der schöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein, die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Abschalten, und dennoch ist alles gut erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Herz!

This is a very special place. So quiet and peaceful. All the room are extremely comfortable and Its location is away from the hustle and bustle but very easy to get to by car . Tony and poon can arrange everything from shopping massages and trips they are absolute legends.

Wir waren 3 Monate in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Durch Waschmaschine, Küche, Fernseher (Internetfähig) und schnelles Internet bietet sich ein autarkes Leben. Dad Highlight sind die beiden Hunde vom angrenzenden Humble Villa, die beim Haus abhängen. Beide freuen sich über Leckerlis und belohnten uns mit ihrer Zuneigung. Klar bellen beide in der Nacht, sie vertreiben aber auch Getier, welches es in Thailand halt gibt.

Das Haus war Perfekt, sehr schöner Strand und Pool und wir hatten genügend Platzt im Haus! Es wurde 2 mal Wöchentlich geputzt Betten gemacht und auch der Manager half wen man ihn brauchte! Danke für die tolle Unterkunft meine Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Wir hatten eine Wunderbare Zeit in Kosamui!

We stayed a month in the house and had a great time. Elena picked us up from the airport so that worked out well. The house was comfortable with new ac units. Energy was a little expensive but I guess that’s how it is here. The kitchen is not In AC The windows are real thin so sound from outside travels in(if neighbors are loud). Usually they were quiet but sometimes one house made a lot of noise and woke us up multiple nights. Not Elena’s fault though of course, just something to know if you are a light sleeper. Most nights were okay

"Amazing Stay at the Headland villas! We had an incredible time at this beautiful villa on Koh Samui! The property exceeded our expectations - it was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. The villa's private pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning views. The interior was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host christophe’s, was extremely helpful and responsive, providing us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! We were a family of 6 adults and two kids travelling from India. Baan Lom Talay felt as comfortable as home and the view was just incredible. Hans's home was so clean and well maintained...and it was beautifully done up...great aesthetics too...the caretaker Mrs Boum was wonderful too, as was Ben who helped us with pick airport pickups and drops. This was a perfect holiday and despite being high tourist season Hans was kind enough to hold the booking for us till we booked flights and locked our itinerary.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.
