The studio is situated on a quiet private road overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, within easy walking distance to the riverside village of Goring-on-Thames. The self-contained studio is on two floors, which is bright, airy and furnished well with a private entrance. You can get fantastic views at the top of the garden and, better still, from the top field. Breakfast basket including cereals and bread, milk, juice and fresh ground coffee and a selection of teas will be included.

Chiltern Barn is a 230 year old converted hay barn in Wheeler End in Buckinghamshire - half way between London and Oxford, close to Marlow and Henley-on-Thames with easy access to the M40. Wheeler End is a small village in The Chilterns built around a large common. There is a friendly local pub, The Chequers and Lane End, less than mile away has local amenities, including a well stocked Londis, a newsagents, excellent farm shop, gastro-pub, Indian and Chinese takeaways, hair dressers etc.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in April 2026!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

This newly built, spacious and stylish one bedroom cottage is set in the picture perfect village of Brightwell-cum-Sotwell, located in South Oxfordshire. Peaceful and private it is brilliantly located for tranquil walks, or exploring the history of nearby Wallingford or Oxford. Airy and spacious, the cottage is well equipped and modern. Water's edge is a well loved family home, it is by no means in a modern condition but the view and location is a truly unique spot with one of the most iconic views of Henley at the finish line of Henley Regatta. Enjoy leisurely walks, boutique shops, cafes & art galleries, everything is in easy reach from this riverside side home. An electric launcher boat is available to hire during April to August at an additional charge of £300 per day subject to river conditions.
