Great place. Near SM MOA. Near restaurants and drug stores. Place is as described. Easy to communicate with the host if ever you have queries. Will definitely book again if ever I'm going to an attend event near MOA. Thanks for the great place.

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

Felt right at home

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

I had an outstanding stay at this condo! The unit was impeccably clean, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and I loved the thoughtful touches like fresh towels and toiletries. The view from the balcony was beautiful, offering a great glimpse of the city skyline. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from the Mall of Asia, NBI, and the US Embassy, which made my trip so convenient. The building is secure and has excellent amenities, including a paid-pool access. The co-host, Ms. Nimpha was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Thanks a million Ms. Nimpha. One of the best staycation na na try namin. Got some complimentary snacks din. Sarili mo nalang dadalin mo and ung clothes. Meron na rin mga basic condiments, Drinking water and may snacks din sa loob na you can purchase. Plus super accomodating and responsive ng owner. No hassle uponh checking in. Will definitely go back 🩷

Accurate description of amenities and services. The unit has all the things you need, cooking, laundry, entertainment even toiletries needs. He’ll find you a parking slot so you won’t have to worry. I just find 1BR small for us 4 coz we’re all adults. 😂 Given the time constraints, this is the unit I can find where it has all the things we need. Thanks again for hosting, Peps!
