Have nothing negative to say about listing great place for a family, home is beautiful, modern, spacious and clean with 24 hours security. Security staff are respectful, kind and helpful. The view is beautiful from every angle.The home feels like home away from home. Property has a beach, pool and playground. can walk around any time of day without fear. The beach and pool can be accessed any time of day. The beach is great the sound at night is wonderful. Host Sanjae was very respectful and responsive to needs and questions This listing will be my family place to stay in future trip.

Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

Definitely will be back, loved it!

I was pleasantly surprised with the location and how clean and organized the home was. The location has everything you would want minus food in the fridge 😂. Robert was very professional, friendly and proactive. I would recommend the location.

I enjoyed my stay. I had to go in a little earlier than check in time but he accommodated me. If I had any questions, he was quick to respond. The AC was very cool so if you are worried about being hot, you will not be. I will definitely rent it again. Thank you for having me.

My stay at Darin’s place was exceptional. Very clean, private and Darin was very responsive . I will definitely be booking again. And I have and will be referring friends and family. Great location!

Wonderful ambiance. Very nice to sleep and wake up to ocean sounds.

Joel was very responsive to all messages. The place is not walkable to store or food. Really need a vehicle did not have one. We used it for one night before we checked into Sandals Dunn River worked perfect for that walked down the hill at 7:30am Sandals allowed us in and had a full first day. It was great for that.

Loved my stay at this villa. Robert the property manager went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. We had him prepare our meals and they were always tasty. The villa includes complimentary access to beach club which was a short walk away. Definitely a vintage charm in decor but spaces are clean and well kept. Overall would highly recommend this villa.

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Beyond its stunning appearance, the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The bathrooms were modern, spotless, and well-equipped, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, the villa was everything we hoped for and more. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish, highly recommend!

Quiet no peaceful gated community. Feels safe when walking around the complex and spending time in the pool. Really friendly and responsive host. The house itself is quite beautiful and it is exactly as presented in the photos. It has everything g to make your stay special. I only have good things to say about this place. The only negative is that the apartment was difficult to locate on the first night. Door numbers are not clear and obvious on some of the apartments.

Sashaye is an excellent host...very easy to communicate with, always responsive, and solutions oriented. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Having stayed in a few places in Mandeville, this is a great option. Hosts are super friendly and the location is a great balance of being a few mins drive to everything in town, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Plus you get a beautiful garden to enjoy too.

I had a great stay at Dale's place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Dale was a thoughtful and responsive host, which made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is literally a huge slice of heaven nestled here! We were mesmerized from the moment we came through the gates. First of all…the hosts were so amazing! They were very warm and welcoming. We immediately felt like family as soon as we came there. The cottage was well appointed. We kept seeing a different special touch over and over again. I absolutely loved the decor! The artwork and the details that went into everything was impeccable. Even the shower curtain was unique. We were outside at night with a drink and listened to the birds chirping and the nice fresh breeze drifting by us in our cozy chairs and snuggly blankets. The food! Heavenly! Everything they prepared was home grown on the farm there. We had 2 dinners. The first night we had the most amazing fish with rice, veggies and some lemongrass tea. The second night we had some calaloo, okra, salt fish and sorrel. When dessert came we wanted to move in! I extended my stay! Definitely family atmosphere! We’ll be back!

This is my 3rd time staying here as it is close to family, I have no complaints and will stay here again 😊
