Lynn’s place was amazing. Lynn and co-host Connie were extremely communicative, helpful and friendly. My bridesmaids and I all stayed there together the night before my wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better space. Plenty of space to hang out, to sleep, to shower and freshen up, and more! Plus, it’s right down the street from anything you need in Faribault. It was clean, organized, felt like home and not to mention the space was GORGEOUS! Highly recommend to anyone that has a good amount of people staying in Faribault.

This was a great place for us to visit my niece for the weekend. Super convenient location, the house was clean, huge bonus that we could bring our puppers with us as well. Communication was proactive and clear, would definitely stay here again if it's available! There's a nice patio, neighbors all seemed very friendly. We definitely had everything we needed. What a beautiful home! Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Every detail was thought of! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor space. Very responsive communication with the hosts which I appreciated. We loved the pontoon ride! One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at and would stay again!

This was our second stay at a Kelsey property; we wouldn't hesitate one second to book another were we to use Air BnB Madelia again. Our stay at Snowbound Cottage was relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely worth every penny! Kelsey is a caring and very responsive host. This property was easy to find; it is in a great, safe location; it is quite charming and felt refreshingly home-like. If you're considering a stay here, we whole-heartedly recommend!!!

wow! wow! This is our 1st experience staying at an Airbnb. We needed a big place to have a surprise birthday party as well as our annual family Christmas party, so we rented the whole place. This place was a great price and so much space! Plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, just plenty of everything we needed. I had many questions and the hosts were so helpful and prompt with responses. The instructions were so helpful and very detailed. The place was neat, not a speck of dirt or stains anywhere. Beds were comfortable. Thank you to our hosts for making our 1st Airbnb experience so favorable.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The space was super clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make guests feel right at home. Not only was it incredibly cozy, but it also had extra touches like snacks and food, which was a delightful surprise. The location couldn’t be better! Just a minute drive to Gustavus, a short two-block walk to downtown restaurants and stores, and really close to the Mankato shopping mall. It’s the perfect base if you're planning to visit MSU or explore the surrounding area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, welcoming, and perfectly situated stay. Will definitely book again!
