There is one queen bed, one full bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, & a twin. All of which can accommodate a total of 7 guests. Chipley is located off I-10. It is a 55-minute drive to the beach and a 45-minute drive to Dothan, AL. Falling Waters State Park is 3 miles away. Caverns park 15 miles. No pets & no smoking allowed. Home is sanitized between guests.

Cottage is in the middle of a 2 1/2 acre wooded lot. It is in the middle of town, but your stay will be quiet and private. The neighborhood park, Solomon Park, is just one block away. Neighborhood is great for a stroll or run. You will be a short car ride from more than a dozen places to eat, grocery stores and shopping. We live on the property, but the cottage is a detached structure. If you need anything at all, we will be close by to provide as much or as little assistance as need

Also, the cottage is only a few miles from the Florida line and the Georgia line if you’re going there for something fun! WiFi is fast so working from the cottage is easy as well!

The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
