Great place to stay, very big and cool amenities including mini bar at the entrance. Was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

This house was one of the better outfitted Air B&B home I have stayed in. Lots of sleeping space and options. Very clean and well cared for.

We had our annual Sister’s weekend at Ashley’s place. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get away. Her house is amazing! It is peaceful, private and cozy. We had everything we needed! Ashley was very responsive with communication. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thank you for everything!

Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future. Loved the private lake area in the back, it was a hike getting back up but was definitely worth it. Beautiful, clean home. Loved the outside patio area and the hot tub as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is located in lovely, quiet place, near a pond. Very clean and comfortable. Everything what we needed was there with extra supplies in kitchen and bathroom. We loved coffee bar! Great communication with the host. Thank you Sara!

We always enjoy our time at Larry’s Place. Larry is always easy to communicate and quick to respond. The house is always very clean and orderly and we while we don’t always need them, we always appreciate the little extras in the kitchen like coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars for morning. My kids always love the space in the house and love running around on the property. We usually bring our own food for cooking, but there are definitely great restaurants to visit. We love the peace that the house and property provides and look forward to another stay.

Kevin was THE BEST! This location was perfect for touring kentucky and the Bourbon trail. The house is spacious,clean and comfortable. The front deck was perfect for quiet evenings and your morning coffee.

As advertised! We were visiting a family member and it was a good place to do that. Much better than a motel room! Host was friendly and helpful. Nice large grassy and wooded area for walking. Back away from the street and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

this is a very nice place in old house but very thoughtfully remodeled parking was easy all in all a nice stay!

We were doing a bourbon tour in Frankfort, but wanted to focus more of our time exploring Harrodsburg and Shaker Village, so Sharon's place was in the perfect location for a quiet retreat with our little dog. We haven't lived in the country for years, so it was wonderful to view the Pink Moon with a beautiful sky full of stars, and enjoy the amazing sunrise the following morning. It was pretty chilly when we were there, but the electric fireplace was a wonderful addition. The lovely little bistro table outside is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee, or a glass of wine or bourbon in the evening. I highly recommend, but pay attention when navigating our Kentucky country roads, as some of them are pretty narrow. We hope to visit again in the not too distant future.

My stay here was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and so peaceful and serene. The bathroom is gorgeous, the bed was so comfy. Kathy was wonderful to speak to and I felt right at home. I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back this way.

We mainly were in the area for an unfortunate reason (a funeral). Even though it rained every day, we were grateful to stay at this lovely property and be present for our friends. The rainfall did not dampen our spirits or prevent us from enjoying the area. The hospitality and amenities here made our stay comfortable. We will cherish the quality time spent with our friends during this difficult period. Although the circumstances were sad, the memories made will stay with us forever.

Perry was very kind thoughtful and accommodating. I was there for my cousin’s wedding. I drove 13 hours from FL and then had a medical emergency the morning of the wedding. Perry was always checking in with me and my dog Mieko who he was accommodating to as well. I wouldn’t have pulled through without him being helpful and attentive. The cabin was stocked with amenities and goods that one might need in the cabin. The cabin is and the surroundings are beautiful, peaceful with Kentucky nature. I managed to get to the wedding and Perry allowed me to extend the stay so my dad could fly in while he also up North and help me get back home with the circumstances, which included my RAV4 getting a busted tire and rim hitting a ditch on the winding mountain roads. The locals were also kind and helpful people as it should be. What a gem of a place to stay out there. Anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature should consider staying there!

This was such a beautiful cabin in a peaceful area. We enjoyed the beauty, nature, fire pit, walking around the property, and listening to the variety of birds. A perfect location to get away and reconnect with nature. We were there over Easter, found a local church for a service and we enjoyed cooking dinner early on Friday to enjoy the remainder of the visit. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a full dinner, quiche, a few Easter snacks, etc. My son and I truly enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this beautiful cabin!

Katie and Michael’s place was amazing my wife and I stayed here doing the bourbon trail . Matched the description and the cabin was beautiful and created a space to just relax and unwind . Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience at Boone’s Cabin! Secluded setting in a great location for the Bourbon Festival. Cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sheila was very proactive and even got us in early! Would definitely visit again.

Absolute stunning house. It was great with the group of 14 people we had. Everyone had plenty of space and lots to do. The hosts were very responsive. Would definitely like to come back again.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was secluded enough to feel like a retreat and close enough to go out and explore. The pond and porch are fantastic relaxing spots. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. We went on the bourbon trail and checked out Woodford Reserve, Castle & Key, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Buffalo Trace. We also enjoyed some of Tracy’s recommendations, such as, dining at The Glitz and Wildside Winery. Everything was amazing! At the end of the trip, I wasn’t ready to leave. I enjoyed one last bourbon on the porch and said goodbye to the beautiful slice of heaven that Tracy and Larry shared with us. I am already looking at the calendar to schedule another visit. Thank you Tracy and Larry, from all of us!

Cabin 7 was PERFECT. Clean, cozy, and impeccably decorated. The location was perfect for a quiet intimate evening and for spending time on the porch with morning coffee and enjoying the birds chirping away. Conveniently short 10-minute drive into town for dining out and quick access to highways to explore parks in the area or even the Bourbon Trail. If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely look into booking another stay.
