Located just a 5-minute walk to the lake in the heart of Kinloch Village. An inviting fireplace offers cozy warmth on chilly evenings. King-sized bed with crisp linens and plush pillows awaits. Two Sliding doors open to a private deck (can be enclosed) with a kitchen (hotplate, pot, air fryer, frypan, coffee machine, tea, & milk in a small fridge), fireplace, private bathroom, and a stunning view from the outdoor bath and shower (hot water). Only 10 minutes drive from town, our house sits high up on a hill over looking Whakaipo Bay, Lake Taupo's western bays and the surrounding farmland. Feel like you are in the middle of nowhere while only being minutes from the lively town of Taupo. Our large front porch and yard is the perfect place to enjoy time with your loved ones. Only minutes to Whakaipo Bay- a large calm bay that is the perfect swimming spot for the whole family. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views- in our new spa!

Our modern home is 15 minutes from Taupō yet feels like a private hideaway. Quiet and secluded, it looks out to Lake Taupō and Mount Ruapehu, with stunning sunsets. Ideal year-round, it has outdoor areas with BBQ, large windows and a double-sided fireplace. Whakaipo Bay is 5 minutes away for swimming or walking, with plenty of bush tracks nearby. Not suitable for children. Hairdryer, toiletries and iron not provided (sorry guests keep taking them and it’s to hard to constantly replace).
